So we are just a couple days into 2020, but if the first two days are any indication of what lies ahead, we had better buckle up.  Since the start of the new year and decade, here are some things that have already taken place:

      1) Netanyahu asks Knesset for immunity from prosecution in a risky bid to better position himself to stay in power in the coming third election in March.

      2) Jordan confirmed that they have started receiving natural gas from Israel.

      3) Deliveries of natural gas were supposed to begin from Israel to Egypt on Jan 1

      4) Netanyahu went to Greece to sign a natural gas deal on Thursday between Israel, Cyprus and Greece to build an underwater Mediterranean pipeline, which is sure to make Erdogan and Putin just giddy.  Can you say hook?

      5) The US assassinated Iran’s top military general, Qassem Soleimani, greatly increasing the volatility of an already volatile Middle East powder keg.

Quite an eventful couple of days, don’t you think?

It’s truly amazing, the times we live in. I remember back a few decades ago when any one event seemed so significant and now it seems we read daily of significant events taking place.

IIRC,  Jordan and Egypt are not involved in the War of Gog and Magog.  Interesting that they are getting natural gas from Israel and likely at a pretty reasonable price.  Definitely can see the potential pipeline being thr hook in the jaws.

Rocket lands near U.S. embassy in Baghdad as Soleimani funeral kicks off

      https://www.jpost.com/Breaking-News/Blast-heard-in-Baghdad-days-after-Soleimani-assassination-cause-unknown-613090

“According to Lebanese news channel al-Mayadeen, Iraqi Kataib Hezbollah Brigades warned the Iraqi security forces to be at least 1,000 meters (3,280 feet) away from all American bases starting Sunday evening.”

Looks like Iraq is the battleground between US and Iran for now. They have launched attack on US bases in Iraq. I wonder how shall this conflict lead to the three shepherds war in Zechariah 11?

Per Sean Osborne at Eschatology Today … here is his take on what’s happening and where he thinks its leading to … :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn

Why did Soleimani and his entourage fly into Iraq last night?

      A) To lead a coup d’etat against the pro-American government of Iraq.

      B) To double down on the attempt to seize the US Embassy.

      C) US Diplomats and Embassy security forces were to be taken and held as hostages until all US military forces were withdrawn.

      D) Kata’ib Hezbollah was to be the lead coup d’etat and Embassy siege force.

This plan was discovered by Israeli intel. US military force ended it swiftly.

We are watching the intro to Jeremiah 49:34-39 on our TV screens in real-time.  Jeremiah prophesied saying the Lord would send the sword after them. Is the US that sword, or is a coalition of nations the sword? How about the Iranian people being that sword?  Taking out Khamenei is not what our objective is or should be. That’s for God to determine.

      Someone asked
Sean, do you think we might see an IDF strike on the Bushehr Nuclear Plant?

      His response
Preemptive strikes are all but certain on Iran’s underground nuclear weapons sites IMHO. However, the same effect is possible via major earthquakes in the ancient Elamite region of Iran. The same is true for the Iranian underground missile complexes.

Curious thought.  If indeed the Garden was placed somewhere in Iraq, where the original battle against mankind took place. It stands to reason that Iraq would again be prominent in end time battling!  Or so it seems to me.  Any thoughts?

I can see Babylon Iraq region being a battle war zone because the Euphrates river will dry up and the Kings of the East will be traveling through … but I don’t believe Babylon Iraq is “Mystery Babylon”.   Here is why …

if you Google “60 Reasons America is Mystery Babylon (Not Iraq) by Rick Coombes … you will see a website that list the reasons in great detail so you don’t have to buy his book. ;-)

I learned more compelling info today from that article.  Here are the last 5 points they are eye opening …

      #56. Its national symbol

Rev 17. Robed woman with a cup-like container in one hand that smells like natural gas odors inside the container…and the woman is connected to water and immigration…and is considered to be a mother-figure of spiritual prostitution…a.k.a. Ishtar, the mother of ‘literal’ and ‘physical’ prostitutes within religious worship centers. That is what the Babylonian goddess Ishtar was–the promoter of physical prostitution… salvation by sex… have sex with a temple priest or priestess and you are purified from sin. And of course, you pay a ‘gift offering’ for this salvation activity. Ishtar was never a physical ‘mother’… but rather a ‘madam’ over the priestesses. Ishtar was never married and never had a child but she was called “mother” of the temple priestesses. Now having said all of this… I am referring to the Statue of Liberty.

In my book, “America, The Babylon” Vol. 1, I explain the meticulous research involved that shows that the Statue of Liberty is, in fact, the brainchild of the sculptor Bartholdi. Later in Volume 2, you will find even more data on this subject. I would like to note at this point that it was Bartholdi’s idea to create the image of the goddess Liberty of Rome. You will see later on in Volume 2 just how the Romans had in fact borrowed the Babylonian goddess.

Babylonians first worshiped Ishtar the goddess of Babylon and the Romans also adopted her but they changed the name to Libertas in Latin, (Liberty, in English). So that, the Statue of Liberty is actually a pagan idol image of Ishtar–the woman pictured in Revelation 17. If you don’t believe it…look at Revelation 17: 4 & 5. Note the word for abomination. The word used here is “bdelugma” and its root word is “bdeoh.” Strong’s Code # 946 … ” A foul thing, detestable, usually of idols … the root word means to “break wind”, or to “pass gas”… indicating the odor smells like natural gas.

Speaking of natural gas …did you know that the torch-cup of the Statue of Liberty burns an eternal flame…fueled by smelly natural gas? Also of course, the Statue is referred to as the Mother of Exiles … an immigrant connection…just as the woman of Rev. 17: 1, 15 is also connected to immigrants. So too was Ishtar. She was the goddess of personal freedom … and an encouragement to immigrants.

“In the original planning, the Statue of Liberty was designed in the initial stages to be in color. She was to be wearing the royal robes of scarlet and purple. It became obvious that for reasons of monetary purposes the statue must be made from copper. The use of copper precluded the use of any color schemes. Thus the original plans for scarlet and purple robes were abandoned. However, the original models were in color and match the Revelation 17: 4 description.”

      #57 Iraq is radioactive

Iraq is now extremely “radioactive” because of America’s use of ammunition that uses depleted uranium, the same basic component used for nuclear weapons, only in lesser strength in and of itself. Rifle bullets and artillery shells were packed with small amounts of radioactive, depleted uranium. Once fired, the shells and bullets spread small doses of radio-activity throughout much of Iraq and especially in hot spots like ancient Babylon. Each bullet or shell, was thought to be seemingly harmless in terms of radioactivity. What was not anticipated was the voluminous use of such radioactive materials scattered across the battlefields of Iraq. Such voluminous use has created large quantities of low-level radioactivity that in volume has created a dangerous atmosphere and environment for virtually all of Iraq.

The radioactive dust has found its way into the soil and water supplies, contaminating every-thing it comes into contact with. The radioactivity levels are high enough that Iraq is experiencing contamination levels much like that of a “nuclear dirty-bomb” in terms of the after-effects. Not only are Iraqi’s dying from exposure but so are US and allied soldiers.

Depleted Uranium has a half-life of 4.5 BILLION YEARS! Radiation levels in Iraq are between 1,000 and 1,900 times above normal. That’s 1,000x to 1,900x more than normal.

Would you want to build the world’s capital city on top of that kind of radiation rating with a half life of 4.5 Billion years of radioactivity? We think not. So does the Illuminati.

“Terry Jemison at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs stated in August 2004 that over 518,000 Gulf-era veterans (14-year period) are now on medical disability, and that 7,039 were wounded on the battlefield in that same period. Over 500,000 U.S. veterans are homeless.”

      * In some studies of soldiers who had normal babies before the war, 67 percent of the post-war babies are born with severe birth defects – missing brains, eyes, organs, legs and arms, and blood diseases.

      * In southern Iraq, scientists are reporting five times higher levels of gamma radiation in the air, which increases the radioactive body burden daily of inhabitants. In fact, Iraq, Yugoslavia and Afghanistan are uninhabitable.

From Gulf War 1 usage of depleted uranium, the Babylon region had one of the highest ratings of radioactivity levels as late as 1997.

#58 The Messianic Covenant To Abraham Included Babylonia and Babylon

The promises made to Abraham regarding a Promised Land were for Abraham and his descendants and the lands were far more extensive than ever used by Israel up until this point in time.

Often overlooked by many Bible Prophecy “experts” are the prophecies concerning the future borders of Israel when Jesus Christ returns and establishes new borders for Israel’s Millennial Kingdom that will finally fulfill the promises made to Abraham and his descendants.

Israel’s future borders will be extended eastward to encompass much of what today is called Iraq. The area will include all of the old Hittite and Chaldean Empire. Joshua 1:4 notes that it will include “ALL” of the land, which means the ancient site of Babylon and all of Babylonia are to be part of the new Messianic Israel. Scholars now believe that the Chaldeans originally were the Hittites. Not only is the promise made to Abraham in Genesis 15:18-20 [and the Hittite empire is mentioned (which included Babylon) ] but again in Deuteronomy 1:7 to Moses and again to Joshua in Deuteronomy 11:24.

These Messianic prophecies come into direct conflict with the identity theory, which proposes that Iraq or ancient Babylon is the Mystery Babylon of Bible Prophecy. The conflict arises because the Babylon prophecies indicate that the land of Babylon and all of her cities and the land will remain uninhabited forever.

It should also be noted that there are some anthropologists who have strong linguistic and archaeological evidence to support their claims that the Hittites were in fact the Chaldeans with Hititites begin just a different linguistic name for the same people. Such information again, only underscores the assertion that Babylon and Babylonia of Mesopotamia are to be a part of Jesus Christ’s Messianic Kingdom and not buried underwater forever as the Mystery Babylon prophecies of Jeremiah and Revelation 18 indicate because those prophecies refer to a different, end-time super-power that exists outside of the Middle East.

We simply can’t have the Millenial Kingdom of Christ and the Israeli boundaries including the lands of Mystery Babylon which are to remain uninhabited forever and under water. Keep in mind that all of the millennial kingdom will be inhabited and prosperous. Clearly, we can not have a destroyed Mystery Babylon being part of Christ’s Millennial Kingdom.

#59 America Conquered Iraq and Babylon in 2003 and retains strategic control of that land and will retain that control most likely until America, the Babylon is destroyed in Divine Judgment as the Mystery Babylon.
In March of 2003, The United States of America launched an invasion and military conquest of Iraq. America captured the ancient archaeological site of Babylon. America retains strategic control of that region as well as the actual nation of Iraq which was the originally Babylonia of Nebuchadnezzar’s day. Iraq and the ancient ruins of Babylon are under the strategic control of American military forces with a puppet government that appears to be splitting Iraq into three separate regions.

#60. A Populated city named Babylon on a Deepwater Port entryway to New York City

Revelation 17:18; & 18: 11-19… Did you know that when ships coming in to the harbor facilities of New York City make their final approach to the Harbor channel shipping lanes…they have to come in from the south… heading due North straight for a spot on Long Island called … BABYLON !!! That is right. The city of Babylon, New York features a tall water tower that ship captains use to navigate directly into the harbor channel. They come within view of Babylon before turning west to head into the ports of New York City. It is from this vantage point that I believe Revelation 18: 17-19 takes place.

From this vantage point…on the deck of a ship…one could quite easily read the letters of the name Babylon on the city water tower! This is something that theorists who promote the Iraq = Babylon idea can’t match, because ancient Babylon is not a deepwater seaport. It’s so far away from the ocean that it can not possibly fit the description of Revelation 18: 17-19… in no way. But the USA can… and especially its chief city… a seaport named NYC/Babylon. Also, Babylon on Long Island derived its name because immigrant Jews founded it in 1872. The group’s rabbis chose the name almost prophetically, because they believed it would be home to a new diaspora.
Why would they think this? Because rabbinical opinions had held that ancient Babylon’s power would be moved

Zechariah 5: 5-11… and Isaiah 18:1 tells us what direction it would be moving. Isaiah 18:1 says that the spirit of Babylon would move west of the most outermost boundaries of ancient Babylon’s western-most border, beyond the rivers of Ethiopia and Egypt. [That is what is meant by the KJV term “Ethiopia”] By virtue of Isaiah’s point of observation being from Jerusalem…then the direction of movement was westward from Jerusalem…beyond the most outer of Babylon’s oldest boundaries… meaning… the occultic power that fueled Babylon would move and take up residence elsewhere in the end times.

Early rabbinical writers commented on this well before the time of Christ. They made note that the “mystical woman of Babylon” had moved out of the Babylonian Empire and had been taken westward beyond the ancient boundaries of Babylonia. Those most westward boundaries were considered to be Egypt and Ethiopia. The woman was taken west of those two countries. They noted that the woman would not be found in its old location of Mesopotamia for the fulfillment of the final prophecies, which would be fulfilled at the coming of Messiah.

These rabbinical commentators believed that a future Babylon that was prophesied by Isaiah and Jeremiah would be located west of Egypt and Ethiopia. They believed the woman of Zechariah 5 was headed west of those boundaries and hence out of uttermost regions of Babylonia/Shinar/Chaldea. Yes, they believed she was being taken west of Egypt and Ethiopia in that basket. Why? Note that the observer’s vantage point was already in the land of Shinar.

Shinar is yet another term for the ancient nation of Babylonia or Chaldea. Therefore we must pay attention to that scriptural direction and realize that it must be a new nation that carries the old Babylonian character traits. You’ll note that the verse is indicating it is a different Shinar than the Chaldean or Babylonian land called Shinar. How do we know that? Isaiah 18:1-2 tells us from the observer’s vantage point of Jerusalem that the phrase beyond the rivers of Ethiopia is an ancient idiomatic reference to the farthest borders of Babylon at the time of Cush, father of Nimrod. Nimrod inherited that land from his father and so that Egypt and Ethiopia were the extreme western border of Babylonia or Shinar or Chaldea.

Now, Isaiah is telling us that a future Babylon would exist at the time of the coming of Messiah and it would be located beyond the old Babylonian Empirical boundaries of Egypt and Ethiopia, which was the Cush empire that Nimrod inherited. It too was Shinar. Zechariah is then referencing that the woman is being flown out of Babylonia/Chaldea/Shinar to a new land of Shinar. This confirms what the prophet Isaiah had written earlier concerning a future Babylon being located west of the old Babylon.

There is reportedly a team of archaeological experts preparing to publish the results of many years of work in which they claim to have documentation that the Babylonians occupied North America and Mexico as colonies as early as around 3,000 BC.

      Interesting comments …
America the Babylon is taken out because it is the superpower in the way of the Antichrist conquering and ruling the world. This is why the harlot is pictured riding the beast and the beast’s ten horns hating the woman and eating her flesh. This sets the beast free.

The harlot is drunk with the blood of the saints… perhaps this is in reference to legalized abortions and the death of all the innocent babies?

Of the fortune 500 companies ten are pharmaceutical companies, those ten companies make more profit than all the other four hundred ninety companies combined”, no wonder the Lord calls them “thy merchants were the great men of the earth.”

Geri7, USA and New York cannot be the Babylon.

Daniel 8:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land

If USA and New York is where the little horn comes from, there is a big problem.

“toward the east” of Unites Sates is Atlantic ocean, while “toward the south” is Mexico.  What does the little horn try to accomplish by attacking Atlantic ocean and Mexico?

And from Daniel 9:26 the people of the prince to come, the prince shall come from Rome. Rome is to the north of middle east.”toward the south” makes sense when the little horns makes his move against middle east countries. “toward the east” because he shall move to Shinar, builds a house there and sets there as his own base (Zechariah 5:5-11).

There are a lot of people suggesting New York is the mystery Babylon. They didn’t realize that mystery Babylon points to a false, apostate religion, rather than a city. The little horn shall attempt a world wide rebellion against God in Babel, by uniting all the religion and faith together. He can do so because Satan gives his seat, power and authority to him. Shinar shall be his religious hub. And God shall destroy this city Babylon nearing the end of tribulation. Babylon is fallen!!fallen!!!

        2nd Coming,

This is my own view and I’m not dogmatic about it.  But I’m leaning towards it might unfold this way …the AC will rise up out of the United Nations.  The kings of the earth will give him that authoritative power but he has many offices around the globe … so he will not be just staying put in NYC.  He will also work out of the parliament building in Brussels.  The building is shaped like the Tower of Babel and I believe he will sit in seat 666.  Outside that building interestingly has the statue of a women riding the beast.

I wouldn’t be shocked if he also has an office in Rome @ the Vatican as well as in Saudi Arabia.  Then at the mid point of the tribulation I lean towards he will make his final office spot in Jerusalem and will literally place his desk/computer inside the Holy of Holies room all because satan wants to be like God and that is the closest he can do.  As he indwells the AC like he did Judas Iscariot and sets his throne in the Holy of Holies room and pretends as he rules the world for a short season.

Interesting also to note.  Many of the old cults of long ago were centered around the worship and sexual idolization of women.  When we look at the porn industry spearheaded by America and then the women’s liberation movement, women’s rights activists and abortion we can well see the seeds of the cultic worship of feminine based religions.  As opposed to the Son of Father God.  Whether under the guise of abortion and choice, many adherents to those old cultic religions was the right to offer children as sacrifices to the Gods!  Indeed many similar lines of thought can easily be added and woven into such arguments.

So too, the church has often outgrown the dictates of a religious father figure.  God being the Father, Christ as the Son and the church characterized in feminine tones.  As such, the church in many instances has taken it upon themselves to re-write much of scripture.  And rather highlighting it’s own importance!  Self idolization rather than self denial.

Ergo, any religious entity which presumes to do the same, simply become religious cults as opposed to the true church!  IMHO.

So it is really getting exciting, per Sean Osborne of eschatology today

UPDATE 5 January 2020: It’s about 9:30 PM in Israel, 10:30 in Baghdad and Tehran. Iranian proxies just announced they will commence retaliation tonight.

If Iran attacks the US directly, the NATO common defense charter will be invoked. The UK has its nuclear-powered subs in the region and prepared to launch Tomahawk cruise missiles into Iran. Here, my brothers and sister, is the “coalition of nations” often referred to here regarding Jeremiah 40:34-39. Cruise missiles can be programmed to fly to their targets from every direction on the compass (confuses defenders).

      blog response:1/5 at 1231 am

President Trump has repeated his warning to Iran moment ago:

“The United States just spent Two Trillion Dollars on Military Equipment. We are the biggest and by far the BEST in the World! If Iran attacks an American Base, or any American, we will be sending some of that brand new beautiful equipment their way…and without hesitation!”

second blog 12 hours later 1/5 at 1229 pm

The “52 sites” are known in US military jargon as an “order of battle.”

Now, considering Jeremiah 49:35 and Iran cannot launch the formost of their might… what if the fallback position from this is to launch Syrian ballistic missiles with WMD warheads enmasse at Israel. Suppose some do get through the IDFs air defenses on shore and at sea.

Sound like a good scenario for Isaiah 17 Jeremiah 49:24-27 to come to fulfillment? I think so.

Wow only day 5 of the new year and we have this brewing …

According to Geoffrey Grider @ Now The End Begins

Iran announces they will pay $80 million to the person who kills President Trump, and they will immediately start enriching uranium for nuclear.

And the British are sending in 2 warships and mobilizes SAS troops to Persian Gulf as UK prepares for revenge from Iran in Middle East after rocket attack today.

Doesn’t it sound like Jeremiah 49:34-39 could be soon?   :prayer-hands: for a hedge of protection  surrounding Trump/Pence and the White House as well as the US troops, British forces and IDF and that the angels foil any evil plot planned against them.

Wow.  My original post on this thread was Friday morning, on Jan 3rd.  Now reading the latest posts on Sunday evening, the 5th, it is a bit mind-boggling all of the additional things that have taken place and we are still not even a full week into the new year.  Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Your Name.  Your Kingdom come and Your will be done on this chaotic, insane earth as it is in heaven.  Our eyes are upon You, O Lord.  I know for myself, I am not even sure how to pray at this point…other than to pray that Your will would be done and people would be drawn into Your Kingdom before they are left behind to face Daniel’s 70th week.  In wrath, Lord God, we ask that You remember mercy.  We claim the imputed righteousness of Christ as the only basis for our right-standing with You.  Even as Abraham taught us, far be it from You to destroy the righteous with wicked.  Our prays are lifted to You, Abba, in the matchless Name of Your Only Begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

The verse that God gave me starting yesterday is psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” I have been meditating on this — I feel just a calm and peace! I know I should be asking God what next, my son is still over in Iraq somewhere instead of coming home, the world has gone utterly mad yet, I have a perfect peace and rolled thru the day, boy was it an upside down day too —— so many little fires to put out at work, just craziness but my spirit remains calm and peaceful like it’s time . I’ve expressed that sense of calm in releasing everything to God!  The knowledge that God still sit’s upon His throne and rules over all things gives me a confidence that is born of faith.

Truly we all desire to be taken into a different realm.  A desire that was birthed in me some 50 plus years ago.  Christ has been called the desire of the ages!  There is no doubt that Christ will keep his promises!  We now only wrestle with the “when”!  We all seem to share in the notion that the Rapture is nearer than we could imagine.  My prayer indeed is that we are right in this shared desire!

:amen:  Yes as the world gets darker by the day and spirals out of control … we don’t need to fear or worry since our Lord never slumbers or sleeps and He gave us His Word to meditate on His promises.  How blessed we are to also have at our finger tips end time knowledge of prophetic events so we are not left in the dark.   I’m both at peace and excited that 2020 could really be it … our one way flight to New Jerusalem! :yahoo:

      Philippians 4:6-7
Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Been a bit quiet since the funeral of Soleimani. Didn’t Ayatollah Khamenei say they were giving 72 hours of mourning in his honor… will be interesting to see if things get crazy here very soon. Less than 24 hours to go before the 3 days of mourning is over.

“That same day, Khamenei declared three days of mourning across the country and vowed “harsh retaliation.””

What I find interesting is that Iran is experiencing one of the largest revivals in all the world. People are coming to Christ in such huge numbers and yet the penalty for owning a Bible there is death. But NOTHING can stop the Hand of God and His hand is moving over the civilian population there. PLEASE keep these people in your prayers regardless of what their government does.

Trump’s peace plan is on the way: Is Israel ready? – analysis
Any rollout will probably be coordinated with Netanyahu for maximum benefit – or at least minimum fallout – because of the pre-election timing.

      Jerusalem Post
By LAHAV HARKOV   January 7, 2020

With 10 months to the presidential election in the US, the Trump administration is considering presenting its peace plan in the coming weeks, even ahead of the March 2 Knesset election.

The administration’s reasoning is clear. If there’s an Israeli election in March, there probably won’t be a government until May, bringing them very close to the presidential election. It’s not likely that US President Donald Trump will actually be able to bring about the “Deal of the Century,” as he called peace between Israel and the Palestinians, and he would want to present himself in as positive a light as possible so close to his reelection bid. In addition, he will want to focus on his campaign and not put any more challenges in his path.

So while the White House held back on releasing the deal for the first two election seasons in Israel, waiting for a third to end may be too much to ask. Deputy Assistant to the President Avi Berkowitz was in Israel this week and met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Blue and White leader Benny Gantz to talk about pushing the plan.

Still, Berkowitz and Trump’s Senior Advisor Jared Kushner, the plan’s top proponents, are very closely coordinated with Netanyahu and with Ambassador to the US Ron Dermer. It also seems clear that Trump would like Netanyahu to remain prime minister, going so far as to recognize Israeli sovereignty over the Golan shortly before the first election in 2019 – even if the president has been keeping his distance lately after two losses for Netanyahu.

As such, any rollout will probably be coordinated with Netanyahu for maximum benefit – or at least minimum fallout – from the pre-election timing.

Of course, there is someone else in this political equation: Gantz. Sources close to the Blue and White leader said that while he is open-minded about the plan itself and is waiting to see it before he judges it, he hopes that the US will not release the plan before the election, because doing so would be counterproductive.

The question of how the plan could impact the upcoming Israeli election is an interesting one – because from what is known about it, its nature appears to be unprecedented.

Normally, a US-proposed peace plan requires major concessions from Israel, including evacuating tens of thousands of Israelis from the West Bank – or giving up on security arrangements that are a near-consensus in the Israeli political spectrum, like maintaining an IDF presence the Jordan Valley.

But Kushner and Berkowitz are working on the principle of no daylight between Israel and the US, and the plan is likely to ask for few, if any, concessions from Israel. They are likely to agree to have Israel annex parts of the West Bank, perhaps even all of the major settlement blocs.
There’s a chance the plan would have little impact on the election in Israel, because the Palestinians have made it clear that they have rejected it sight unseen. The fact that the plan won’t have much of a real-world impact could mean that it will be seen as political spin and therefore not move the needle much towards either Netanyahu or Gantz.

But past experience shows that even plans that didn’t get off the ground have thrown Israel, and certainly its media, into a frenzy.
If the plan does call for the establishment of a Palestinian state, for example, the parties to Netanyahu’s Right could try to use that to get more votes. Defense Minister Naftali Bennett attempted that ahead of the first election of 2019 with little success, warning that Trump will demand major concessions from Israel. Someone like Transportation Minister Bezalel Smotrich could easily argue that any plan that doesn’t include Israeli sovereignty over the whole West Bank is dead on arrival. And some Likud voters, especially West Bank residents, might bolt.

The Left would probably criticize any plan that does not include a Palestinian state, and point to the rejection from Ramallah as a sign that greater concessions need to be made for true peace.

Despite those criticisms on both sides, Netanyahu could use a plan with few demands on Israel to say that, due to his close relationship with the Trump White House, it has put forward the best plan Israel could ask for – in addition to US recognition of Jerusalem and the Golan, and that settlements are not illegal – and attract votes from the center and the center-right.
Blue and White would likely be in a bind as a centrist party: not wanting to reject the plan, because Gantz will need a good relationship with the White House, but still wanting to find a way to attack Netanyahu.

Berkowitz spoke with Netanyahu and Gantz, and is probably aware of all of these considerations.

At the end of the day, though, Trump will look out for his own interests. It’s true that a plan that is overwhelmingly pro-Israel will likely help him with his pro-Israel Evangelical voter base. But a prolonged news cycle about the plan not being taken seriously or not having a dramatic impact could hurt Trump, and he will not want the plan to detract from his reelection campaign.

Which means that, despite many false starts in the past, the “Deal of the Century” looks likelier than ever to be made public soon.

Better sooner than later!  The prophetic clock continues ticking!  Time will certainly tell how relevant this plan will be.

The fact that this brings the U.S.A. and Israel all the more closer is great.  Truly the writing is already on the prophetic wall, and has been there for some time.  All we need do is continue to watch the Lord orchestrate His plans!

Ok I was just mulling the time bomb convergence of …

Israel pumping gas & could start shipping the fuel to Europe as early as in the next few weeks instead of  pipeline completion date of 2025. ✔

We have Ali Khamenei in deep mourning that his side kick buddy Soleimani is no longer alive and is seeking revenge. ✔

We have Trump’s peace plan to be unveiled before March 2nd and could it also include “Israel’s 3rd Temple green light approval?” ✔

I know we were all disappointed that the peace plan kept getting pushed to the back burner last year but I have to admit … seeing how things are quickly shaping up in just the past 7 days … I’m kind of glad it was placed on hold because perhaps the announcement of Trump’s peace plan will be thee catalyst and last straw for the muslim armies to set things in motion with seeking revenge … but God will put a stop to their evil attack plans?   B-)

Wow … check this out …

February 11, Iran’s Revolution Day, marks estimated revenge timeline for Soleimani’s death

      DEBKA
      Jan 7, 2020 @ 11:13 Diego Garcia,

Feb. 11, Iranian revenge for Soleimani, Israel, US prepares for Iran strikes

Tehran and Washington are on a straight line to collision, DEBKAfile’s military sources report. Tehran is unshakably resolved to avenge the death of its top general Qassem Soleimani, while the Americans are deep in preparations for counteraction. An incident on Monday, Jan. 6 created a misleading impression of US confusion. In a Pentagon letter, Baghdad was notified to expect unusual US helicopter activity over Baghdad’s Green Zone due to the “US-led task force preparing for onward movement.” This was misinterpreted in some European capitals and Baghdad as meaning that US forces were preparing to pull out of Iraq.

Defense Secretary Mark Esper set the record straight: “There has been no decision to leave Iraq Period,” he said.  And Chairman of the US chiefs of staff, Gen. MarkMilley, was forced to admit that the letter’s release was “a mistake, an honest mistake, a draft of an unsigned letter, because we are moving forces around.”

This incident brought to the surface the enormous pressure weighing on President Donald Trump in Washington and Western capitals to step back from any action that could precipitate a fresh Middle East war involving the United States.

However, they were too late. Every hour since Jan 3, when the US killed its iconic general, shows Tehran to me more intent on avenging his death, while American forces are stepping up major preparations against this collision across the Middle East and as far as the Indian Ocean.

On Monday, US Air Force B-52 bombers were transferred to the Indian Ocean island-base at Diego Garcia, ready at short notice to bomb the 52 targets inside Iran cited by President Trump should Iran or any of the Shiite militias across the region go into action against United States.
Iran, for its part, has readied its intermediate-range missiles for launch – although not as yet its long-range ballistic weapons.

According to current estimates by DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources in the West and in Israel, the Iranians are deep in extremely thorough preparations for a military escalation with the US in the second week of February. They are meanwhile conducting exploratory passes prior to landing heavy blows on US bases and other targets at that time.
This time frame is highly significant since on Feb. 11, the Islamic Republic celebrates the anniversary of its Shiite Revolution. An onslaught on the US military would be the most appropriate form of celebration, in the view of its current leaders – especially in Iraq, where the American presence stands in the way of dominating their most coveted territory of influence.

While Iran and the US are using the coming three weeks to prepare for the collision, the forces urging restraint are bending all their efforts to turning it aside.

Israel has been on high alert since the Soleimani killing, lest as America’s foremost ally it takes the brunt of Iranian punishment. On Monday, a security cabinet meeting issued a dry statement according to which “Our military circles don’t expect an Iranian-US clash to involve this country since it had no hand in the killing of Qassem Soleimani.” This statement aimed at calming taut nerves in the country.

However, a red light could not be ignored. Ismail Haniyeh, political chief of the extremist Palestinian Hamas. made a prominent appearance at the head of a large delegation to the Soleimani funeral in Tehran and, no doubt, used the opportunity to sit down with high officials there. Israel granted Cairo’s request to allow Haniyeh to leave the Gaza Strip last week and travel abroad against a pledge that he would not visit Tehran. This broken pledge signifies the worth of any deals Israel hopes to strike for a long-term truce with the terrorist organization ruling the Gaza Strip.

Looking ahead, it is important to recognize that Iran’s paramilitary proxies can muster 280,000 men under arms in the Middle East, including 100,000 positioned along three of Israel’s borders: the Shiite Hizballah deploys 65,000 fighters in Lebanon and the Palestinian Hamas and Islamic Jihad maintain 20,000 and 8,000 armed men respectively in the Gaza Strip. It is hard to see Tehran neglecting to use these satellite groups for broadening its revenge operations for Soleimani’s death.

Mohsein Rezaei, Expediency Council secretary and adviser to Iran’s supreme leader, said at Tehran’s huge Monday ceremony: “Iran’s revenge against America for the assassination of Soleimani will be severe … Haifa and Israeli military centers will be included in the retaliation.”

Personally, I’m not expecting the “deal of the century” to be released. I hold to the personal belief that this is the peace deal (although some tweaking may occur) that will end up being revealed by the man of lawlessness. That being said, I don’t believe we will see this deal presented in its entirety. It would help usher in a leader to rule with peace. My thoughts: rapture, war (could occur at the same time or just one in front of the other), world confusion, escalation of global disruptions and up steps the man with the plan, a world ready to follow.  No proof, just a gut feeling. I’ll be gone, so it’s all good! :prayer-hands:

I also agree with what you say, Sis!

To that end, the full extent may have already been decided and agreed upon.  They indeed could simply be sitting on it until the time is right.  I also agree there might have been  some tweeking already, and more on the way!

Whatever deal or compromise the nations of the Earth will enter into will certainly happen after we are gone.  My heart agrees, what will I care what it finally looks like.  I won’t be here either.

      https://www.foxnews.com/world/missile-attacks-target-us-forces-in-iraq-senior-military-source-says-iran-suspected

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Wednesday that ballistic missile attacks targeting U.S. military and coalition forces in Iraq Wednesday morning were “a slap in the face” to the United States.

Khamenei said the U.S. should leave the region, adding, “Military action like this is not sufficient. What is important is ending the corrupting presence of America in the region,” Reuters reported.

Iran fired as many as 15 ballistic missiles into Iraq Wednesday, officials said, in a major retaliation by the rogue regime after a U.S. drone strike that killed Iranian Quds Force Gen. Qassem Soleimani last week.

Ten missiles hit the Ain al-Asad Air Base, one missile hit a military base in Erbil and four missiles failed to hit their targets, according to a U.S. military spokesman for Central Command, responsible for American forces in the Middle East. The attacks unfolded in two waves, about an hour apart.

Initial assessments showed “no U.S. casualties,” a U.S. military official in Baghdad told Fox News.

Iranian state television later claimed – without evidence – that the strikes killed “at least 80 terrorist U.S. soldiers” and damaged helicopters, and drones at the Ain al-Asad airbase.

President Trump tweeted a response late Tuesday evening: “All is well! Missiles launched from Iran at two military bases located in Iraq. Assessment of casualties & damages taking place now. So far, so good! We have the most powerful and well equipped military anywhere in the world, by far! I will be making a statement tomorrow morning.”

The White House previously said he would not make an address to the nation Tuesday.

White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said right after the attack: “We are aware of the reports of attacks on U.S. facilities in Iraq. The president has been briefed and is monitoring the situation closely and consulting with his national security team.” It was not immediately clear how the U.S. may respond.

The Pentagon added: “In recent days and in response to Iranian threats and actions, the Department of Defense has taken all appropriate measures to safeguard our personnel and partners. These bases have been on high alert due to indications that the Iranian regime planned to attack our forces and interests in the region. As we evaluate the situation and our response, we will take all necessary measures to protect and defend U.S. personnel, partners, and allies in the region.”

      Video
Meantime, Iran state TV claimed Tehran launched “tens” of surface-to-surface missiles at the Ain al-Asad Air Base. State TV described it as Tehran’s revenge operation over the killing of Soleimani.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard then warned the U.S. and its regional allies against retaliating over the missile attack in Iraq.

The Guard issued the warning via a statement carried by Iran’s state-run IRNA news agency: “We are warning all American allies, who gave their bases to its terrorist army, that any territory that is the starting point of aggressive acts against Iran will be targeted.” The Guard in the warning also threatened Israel.

The latest U.S. intelligence assessment showed Iran had more than 2,000 ballistic missiles, Pentagon officials told Fox News.

The USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier strike group has been in the Gulf of Oman along with guided-missile destroyers, a guided-missile cruiser and at least one submarine. The Navy warships and submarine together had hundreds of Tomahawk cruise missiles with pre-planned targets locked into the missiles.

The ships would be ready to fire if given the order, two senior Pentagon officials told Fox News.

MEGHAN MCCAIN CONFRONTS WARREN ON SOLEIMANI: WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CALL HIM A TERRORIST?

The attack came days after Soleimani was killed in a U.S. airstrike in Baghdad’s airport. A senior Iraqi commander of an Iran-backed militia also was killed.

The U.S. blamed Soleimani for the killing of hundreds of American troops, and said he was plotting new attacks just before his death.

Iranian officials and President Trump have traded threats since Soleimani’s death, and more U.S. troops have been deployed to the region amid heightened tensions.

Iran-backed militias in Iraq, known as the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), have threatened revenge on American interests and personnel for the killings.

      Video
On Sunday, Iraqi lawmakers approved a resolution to expel U.S. forces from the country. The resolution comes nearly five years after the government requested U.S. troops be deployed to Iraq after the Islamic State overtook vast swaths of the country.

The terror group has since been defeated, Abdul-Mahdi said, adding the mission has now evolved into a U.S.-Iran proxy war.

As the crowds mourned Soleimani, more angry calls rose from Iran to avenge his death, drastically raising tensions.

Hossein Salami, Soleimani’s successor as leader of the Revolutionary Guard, addressed a crowd of supporters gathered at the coffin in a central square in Kernan. He vowed to avenge Soleimani.

“We tell our enemies that we will retaliate but if they take another action we will set ablaze the places that they like and are passionate about,” Salami said.

A procession in Tehran on Monday drew more than 1 million people in the Iranian capital, crowding both main avenues and side streets in Tehran.

Fox News’ Jennifer Griffin, John Roberts, Lucas Tomlinson, Brie Stimson and the Associated Press contributed to this report.

So they launched a slight response, claimed victory of 80 folks who didn’t actually die, and President Trump is holding a press conference around 11 am this morning:

There is another event to add to Watchman35’s list.  Just today, the headlines read:

“Iran hit with magnitude 4.9 earthquake near nuclear plant”    (https://www.foxnews.com/science/earthquake-hits-near-iranian-power-plant-on-volatile-day-in-region)

A magnitude 4.9 earthquake hit Iran early Wednesday morning on a volatile day in the region, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake struck in the southwestern part of the country near the Bushehr nuclear plant.

The country also launched a retaliatory missile attack against coalition forces in Iraq Wednesday for a U.S. airstrike that killed top Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani early Friday morning.

After the missile attack, 179 people died in a Ukraine International Airlines plane crash that went down near Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport.

Dozens of mourners were also killed Tuesday during a stampede at Soleimani’s funeral, state media reported.

There is no evidence that the earthquake or the plane crash were related to the attacks.

There have been no reported injuries or damage from the latest quake.

A magnitude 5.9 quake that hit the northwestern part of the country in November killed five people and injured more than 300 others.

In 2003, 26,000 people died after a magnitude 6.6 earthquake in the historic city of Bam.

Iran lies on major seismic faults and has an average of one earthquake per day.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

The People.com article reports two earthquakes hit:  https://people.com/human-interest/earthquakes-hit-iran/

**There are other reports that two earthquakes hit.  There are other reports saying two earthquakes hit; a 4.9 magnitude earthquake hit the southwestern part of the country around 9 a.m. local time before a 4.5-magnitude aftershock struck a half-hour later.

Their headline says:  “2 Earthquakes Hit Near Iranian Nuclear Power Plant Hours After Missile Strike, Plane Crash”

God is truly in control no matter how much that frustrates those who fight against Him!

Again, God will show up on Israel’s behalf at just the right and critical moment.  And Israel’s enemies will also declare the God of Israel.

But it must be stated that the Lord will allow a certain amount of suffering by the Israeli people.  They shall indeed taste of the Lord’s disciplinary hand.

I’ve often wondered about the animal die off’s happening these last few years.  I always come back to the same conclusion, they are a portent if you will of what will happen to mankind.  A culling of the world’s population!

Any number of factors can contribute to these occurring, not least of which that God is highlighting the end of days!  The end of Earth as we know it.  Earth shutting down.

This bio-sphere called Earth can only adequately sustain only so much life.  And with the overpopulation of the family of man, we see loss everywhere.  This is also another great indicator that our days on this Earth are numbered.

In any event, God is Lord over all things created!  Plant, animal, vegetable, water, sun light, magnetic poles, solar systems, stars or whatever.  It’s as if Earth itself can only tolerate so much evil as well!

A new Heaven and new Earth are already promised to replace what has been destroyed by the enemy!  The old is worn out and thread bare, the new will be gloriously refurbished and maintained.  For we are told the Earth will abide forever.

I’ve also always been amazed that God will leave Heaven and tabernacle with men here on Earth.  Many have viewed Earth as a temporary abode, and then eternity in Heaven, but apparently that isn’t so.  With Earth dying off and the concept of a new Heaven and Earth in our future, there is so much here to ponder!  What say you?

“This bio-sphere called Earth can only adequately sustain only so much life.  And with the overpopulation of the family of man, we see loss everywhere.  This is also another great indicator that our days on this Earth are numbered.”

I respectfully disagree with this. (In love. *Hug*)  The earth is not overpopulated.

God said to “Be fruitful and multiply.” Not, “Be fruitful and multiply until there are too many people then stop.”

If the world would love God and love their neighbour, there would be more than enough for everyone. It’s mankind’s rebellion against God and utter greed that is the problem.

The enemy of our souls hates all human life. Working through wicked human agents, the promotion of abortion, euthanasia, homosexuality, transgenderism, frankenfoods, etc. are all part of the plan to lower the population. Vaccines (as per Bill Gates), as well.

The “Climate Change” agenda is also part of this. There is a push for people to get sterilized to fight the fraud that is Climate Change.

Not to mention the Georgia Guidestones. The goal of the murderous, globalist elite is to reduce the population to 500 million.

“If I were reincarnated, I would wish to be returned to Earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels” -Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh

Thankfully, God loves people and will put a stop to this madness, soon enough. :yahoo:

“And Knowledge shall increase …”   Israel introduces another cool toy in their arsenal

Israel Develops New Lightweight Armor-Piercing Missile
      Algemier.com

Israel has developed a new lightweight armor-piercing missile that can be shoulder-mounted and used by infantry forces.

According to the Israeli news site Mako, the Spike SR missile weighs only 10 kilograms (22 pounds) and can strike targets up to two kilometers away.

Israeli company Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, which developed the missile, believes it will significantly improve land forces’ ability to strike enemy targets in tanks and armored vehicles.

The SR is part of the Spike family of missiles that are already used in 34 countries, with more than 33,000 supplied, and operating on multiple platforms including vehicles, helicopters and naval vessels.

Gal Papier, the head of marketing and business development at Rafael, said, “The missile has the same and even greater lethal capability than larger weapons, including its unique ability to be ready to fire only six seconds after activation, ability to attack fast-moving targets, and long range of attack.”

The face of war changes every day!  Indeed war is inevitable, but the Israeli’s have always been well trained.  And now their arsenal continues to grow and expand.  They are indeed one of the world’s greatest of innovators!

Syria: Israeli fighter jets bomb Iranian weapons depot at the T4 airbase in Homs

      By BTNEWS · January 14, 2020

BREAKING: Israeli fighter jets allegedly bombed a weapons depot belonging to Iran’s Revolutionary Guards terror group at the T4 military base in Homs.

According to Arab reports, hangars and barracks at the T4 base were hit by several airstrikes.

Local media report that Syrian air defense systems attempted to intercept the Israeli missiles.

The IDF spokesperson refuses to comment on the strikes in Syria tonight.

Israel has bombed the T4 base several times in the past years, as Iran has been moving its assets to locations closer to the border with Iraq, specifically, the T4 Airbase located between Homs and Palmyra.

Last month, Israeli satellite imaging firm ImageSat revealed that Iran is building an underground terror tunnel to store weapons and move terrorists on the Iraq-Syria border.

Rabbi Glick Interrupts Netanyahu’s Speech to Remind him to Build Third Temple

      Breaking Israel News
      By David Sidman  January 8, 2020 , 1:44 pm

During a speech at the Kohelet Policy Forum on Wednesday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, among other things, discussed the importance of Israel’s presence in Judea and Samaria.

Warning about the dangers of Israel’s withdrawal from the region it liberated in the Six-Day-War, Netanyahu stated: “If Israel is not present on the hills of Judea and Samaria, Islamists will take over instead.”

Without skipping a beat, Rabbi Yehuda Glick interrupted him yelling: “same with the Temple Mount!”

At that point, the Prime Minister gave Glick an uncomfortable glare and continued with his speech.

However, Glick’s intention was not to embarrass the Prime Minister but rather to keep the idea of the third Temple alive and in the psyche of the Jewish people as he told Breaking Israel News: “You have to keep saying it. If you don’t say it, you’ll forget it.”

The following speaker was Defense Minister Naftali Bennett who during his speech, began to list important locations throughout Israel which didn’t include the Temple Mount. At a certain point, Glick interrupted him too adding “and the Temple Mount!”

This time, Bennett responded to Glick’s comment saying: “You’re absolutely right Yehuda, also the Temple Mount.”

I posted this few says ago in RITAN facebook. It gives us how dangerously close we are to rapture.

Here’s my thought concerning the close encounter of Trump and Iran. If Trump followed through his threat, he should have ordered retaliation against Iran after Iranian missiles attack on US bases. And Iran has threatened to strike Israel if they faced retaliation from Trump. This should prompt the three shepherds war and the 4th transgression in Amos 1-2. But all these threats failed because both sides chose to stand down.

Is there any prophetic implication on this recent event? To find out the answer, let’s look at the season of the three shepherds war.

Isaiah 16:8 For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah: the lords of the heathen have broken down the principal plants thereof, they are come even unto Jazer, they wandered through the wilderness: her branches are stretched out, they are gone over the sea.
9 Therefore I will bewail with the weeping of Jazer the vine of Sibmah: I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for the shouting for thy summer fruits and for thy harvest is fallen.

Isaiah 16 is an oracle against Moab which is modern day Jordan. Jordan is one of the three shepherds in Zechariah 11 and one of the accomplice in Amos 1-2.

Key words are ” for thy summer fruits and for thy harvest is fallen.” It places the timing of the three shepherds war in summer. We also find this is true by studying Jeremiah 48:32.

Jeremiah 48:32 O vine of Sibmah, I will weep for thee with the weeping of Jazer: thy plants are gone over the sea, they reach even to the sea of Jazer: the spoiler is fallen upon thy summer fruits and upon thy vintage.

Again. Jeremiah 48 is another oracle against Moab. Key words are “the spoiler is fallen upon thy summer fruits and upon thy vintage.” This also places three shepherds war in summer.

Knowing that the war between Israel and the three shepherds shall break out in summer, then we should not be surprised by Trump’s no action against Iran last week, because the timing of this upcoming war is still controlled by God.

Leaving Soon, what a shocking article.  I wasn’t aware this was even an issue with  the numerous American soldier causalities.  I don’t know if its true or not. What I do question if it is true ,,, wouldn’t you think the loved ones of all these soldiers would have spoken up in their grief or were they not notified yet?

2nd Coming, I think we can agree that Israel has some really sophisticated toys to keep close tabs on their enemies whether its in Lebanon, Syria, Iran, etc. Plus I’m sure the Lord is given them wisdom.  Each time they see massive weapons being moved to various storage facilities they immediately remove the threat.  The last threat happen in Homs 2 days ago and bam they blew up the Iranian Revolutionary Guard terror group base.  I would think each time they remove the threats it sets back the 3 Shepherds war, Psalm 83, etc.  Somehow  its going to take some BIG distraction to start the domino effect of the wars … and the only thing that BIG will be  the rapture to cause major chaos and confusion for those left behind.  This is why I’m leaning towards the church will not even be here to see the 3 Shepherds war in the summer and hoping we are truly out of here between any day now to some time this spring. :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn

As the hair’s on our heads, so too are our days numbered!

Sadly, many seem to adopt the attitude that if we change our lifestyles we can prolong our time here on Earth and save the animal kingdom as well.

But in reality, that’s simply not the case.  Stewardship can only take us so far.  God’s plans and time table for the days of man are set in stone.  Certainly, if the day of the Rapture and the Second Coming of Christ were set in stone even before the foundations of the Earth were laid, how can any reasonable thinking believer think that it’s our job to save this planet?!!!  And prolong the misery of man?!

Truly, God’s realities are inevitable.  Thank God!

Hundreds protest in Jordan against gas deal with Israel
Demonstrators in Amman chant slogans against Jewish state, call for cancellation of multi-billion-dollar contract to buy gas from field off Israeli coast

      Times of Israel
      By OMAR AKOUR
      17 January 2020, 8:27 pm

AMMAN, Jordan (AP) — Hundreds of Jordanians demonstrated in downtown Amman on Friday, calling on the government to cancel an agreement in which Israel began pumping natural gas to the kingdom this year.

Jordanian security forces prevented the protesters from reaching symbolic Al-Nakheel Square in the capital, where the turnout had been expected to grow larger.

Earlier this month, Jordan’s National Electric Power Co., said gas pumping had started as part of a multi-billion-dollar deal with Texas-based Noble Energy aimed at lowering the cost of power in the energy-poor kingdom.

Noble Energy and Israel’s Delek Group are, among others, partners in the newly operational Leviathan gas field off Israel’s Mediterranean coast.

In a statement then, NEPCO said importing the gas from Israel was “the last option” after supplies of Egyptian gas came to an end after its pipeline was repeatedly targeted by Islamic State-affiliated militants in Sinai. NEPCO said Israel was “the only available source.”

At odds with the kingdom’s official policy, many Jordanians still see Israel as an enemy and often meet steps toward normalization with great public backlash. Over half the population are believed to be Palestinian refugees or their descendants.

Dozens of police Friday formed lines to prevent protesters from marching. The demonstrators chanted anti-Israel slogans and held banners reading, “The gas of the enemy is an occupation!” and “Down with the gas deal.”

The Jordanian flag-waving protesters also threatened to overthrow the government if it sticks by the gas deal.

Murad al-Adayleh, secretary-general of the Islamic Action Front Party, called on the government, “which has allowed the start of importing the gas,” to step down.

When the deal was signed in 2016, it was not reviewed by Jordan’s lower house of Parliament. Last year, that body issued a non-binding resolution against the agreement.

A parliament session was planned for Sunday to submit an urgent memo requesting a ban on gas purchases from Israel.

The $10 billion deal is expected to provide 45 billion cubic meters of Israeli gas to Jordan over the next 15 years.

From the same Leviathan gas field, Israel has also begun exporting natural gas to Egypt. On Friday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu boasted about the move, saying on Twitter that he has labored to make Israel a “world power exporter.”

Jordon is biting the hand that feeds them.

Cheap natural gas would help their economy. Desalinization plants require a lot of energy.

If they would work with Israel, they could make the desert bloom.

Day 21 and we have this …  “Get Ready, Peace Plan Imminent:yahoo:

      Per Gary at Unsealed.org

What were just rumors a few days ago are now boiling over.  Even opposition candidate Benny Gantz, who previously opposed the peace plan’s unveiling before the March 2nd elections, has now changed his tune and is called for the plan to be released immediately.

      According to The Jerusalem Post:

The entire peace team, Kushner, Berkowitz, and Hook, will arrive in Israel on Wednesday [1/22], while dozens of foreign leaders are visiting the country.

This news is coming as leaders from 46 countries are converging on Jerusalem to celebrate the Fifth World Holocaust Forum, which will be held this Thursday, January 23rd, in Jerusalem.  Might it be Balaamic prophecy that Israel’s Foreign Minister Israel Katz just declared that the forum will be “the biggest event since the establishment of the state”?

Many of the world’s top leaders will be in attendance, including Vladimir Putin, Emmanuel Macron, Prince Charles, and the presidents from Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Georgia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Ukraine, as well as prime ministers from Czechia, Denmark, and Sweden, and kings from Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, and Spain.  Vice President Mike Pence will also be in attendance along with Jared Kushner.

Well  … the rollercoaster drama continues … now we have Kushner suddenly flying back to Washington. I wonder where Avi Berkowitz is …  perhaps he will be given the honors to unveil the plan?  Or are they just playing games with us saying they are going to roll out the plan and then quickly retracting back and making excuses? :-(

      Times of Israel.com

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner canceled his visit to Jerusalem for the Fifth World Holocaust Forum at the last minute Wednesday.

A White House official cited weather related issues in Davos, Switzerland, where Kushner was accompanying US President Donald Trump for the World Economic Forum. The official said the weather delays “made an already tight schedule not possible.”

Kushner, who had been set to arrive Wednesday evening, will instead return to Washington, where the Senate has begun Trump’s impeachment trial.

Though Kushner will not be in Israel, Vice President Mike Pence is set to arrive Thursday for events at Yad Vashem marking 75 years since the liberation of Auschiwtz. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi arrived earlier on Wednesday, with a delegation of seven Democrats and one Republican representative.

Netanyahu, Gantz to go to Washington, reportedly ahead of peace plan unveiling

      Times of Israel

By TOI STAFF   1/23/20, 7:13 pm

TV report says Trump’s proposal to be revealed next week, will be the most generous ever toward Israel; IDF said bracing for potential fallout in West Bank

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Blue and White chair Benny Gantz will go to the White House next week for an update on US President Donald Trump’s Israeli-Palestinian peace plan, US Vice President Mike Pence said Thursday evening during a meeting with Netanyahu in Jerusalem.

The political rivals will reportedly fly to Washington on Tuesday, the same day as a Knesset plenum vote to establish the committee that will weigh Netanyahu’s request for parliamentary immunity from graft charges.

Netanyahu met Pence and David Friedman, the US ambassador to Israel, on Thursday evening at the American embassy in Jerusalem.

“We just completed a conversation about plans for next week. President Trump asked me to extend an invitation to Prime Minister Netanyahu to come to the White House next week for talks” on regional issues, including peace, Pence said alongside the prime minister Thursday night.

“At the prime minister’s suggestion, I also extended an invitation to Benny Gantz,” he added, noting that the Blue and White leader had accepted the invitation.

I suggested that Benny Gantz be invited to this event as well because I think it is important that we not lose this historic opportunity with such friends in the White House,” Netanyahu said. “We should get as broad as consensus as possible.”

The plan will be unveiled next week, and is the most generous US proposal ever for Israel, an unsourced Channel 12 report said, likely providing for Israeli sovereignty over all West Bank settlements alongside a recognition of Palestinian statehood.

The network said the plan apparently includes a “significant moving of the [Israeli] border” eastwards, without specifying.

The Palestinian Authority, which has boycotted the US administration since Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital in December 2017, is expected to reject the proposal.

Bracing for potential Palestinian unrest over the plan, the Israel Defense Forces will boost its level of preparedness next week in the West Bank, Channel 12 reported.

The White House is expected to make an announcement on its peace plan in the coming day, according to the reports.

The reports come amid growing speculation that Trump could release his plan before the March 2 elections in Israel.

Responding to the reports, Defense Minister Naftali Bennett said his right-wing Yamina alliance would oppose any plan that includes “transferring land to Arabs or the establishing of a Palestinian state.

“President Trump, [Jared] Kushner and Ambassador [David] Friedman are true friends of Israel. It is likely that Israel faces a historic opportunity, along with significant risks,” he said in a statement.

Gantz met earlier Thursday with Pence for talks that Blue and White said were scheduled in advance.

“The two discussed diplomatic and security issues that concern regional developments,” a statement from the party said.

Gantz had long maintained that the United States should wait to publish the plan until after the election, but on Tuesday reversed course.

“I hope the president will move up [the roll-out] and I expect the plan will be released very soon,” he told reporters while touring the Jordan Valley. “Several weeks have passed. A lot of dramatic things are happening in the Middle East, and I look forward to the publication of the plan.”

Gantz also said he would push to extend Israeli sovereignty over the Jordan Valley “in coordination with the international community” after the upcoming elections.

Netanyahu later voiced support for a Knesset vote in the coming weeks to apply Israeli sovereignty over the area.

But according to a Channel 13 news report Wednesday, the Trump administration opposes any unilateral Israeli moves in the West Bank — such as extending sovereignty to the Jordan Valley — before the release of its peace plan.

Israel captured East Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in the 1967 Six Day War. The Palestinians claim these areas for a future state, a position backed by the international community.

Since taking office, Trump has refrained from backing a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, a formula backed by past US administrations and many other countries.

Kushner, Trump’s senior adviser and son-in-law, was expected in Jerusalem this week for meetings with Netanyahu and Gantz, but canceled on Wednesday.

A White House official cited weather-related issues in Davos, Switzerland, where Kushner was accompanying Trump for the World Economic Forum.

Over the course of the last two elections in 2019, Trump officials repeatedly said they would wait until Israel’s democratic process resolved itself before unveiling the proposal. With a third election on the way, however, continuing that policy could mean the White House shelving the plan indefinitely so as not to release it in the middle of America’s 2020 presidential election cycle.

White House to publish peace plan imminently – reports

“The Americans are fully involved in the elections here.”
By Jerusalem Post Staff       January 23, 2020 20:06

The White House is expected to publish an announcement in the coming days on its peace plan, known as the “Deal of the Century,” according to Israeli Channel 13. The station has speculated that the plan could come as early as tomorrow.

Speculation had already been high that the White House had planned to publish details of its peace plan prior to the March 2 Israeli election.

According to Kan News, the US plan allows for Israeli sovereignty over the Jordan Valley and settlements in Area C. It also allows for a demilitarized Palestinian state, which would include portions of open and Palestinian spaces in Area C.

Channel 12 further reported that all of the settlements will be linked territorially, except for 15 of them and that Israel will be able to apply sovereignty already, if it agrees to the plan.

The peace plan includes demanding Palestinians to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, demilitarize Gaza and take away Hamas’ weapons and recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, Channel 12 said.

Beit El Council head Shai Alon warned that the creation of a Palestinian state in the West Bank, would create a second war front with the Palestinians, akin to Gaza.

“According to reports we are talking about recognition of a Palestinian state,” Alon said. “If that is correct, we are talking about a second Gaza war [in the West Bank] that will take place in the heart of the nation. We will see missiles on Kfar Saba, Rannana Hadera and other areas of Gush Dan.
“The creation of a Palestinian state between the Jordan Valley and the Sea, will [push] the region to new heights of terror and violence that we have never known and do not want to know,” he concluded.

“This is a dramatic historic moment,” Yesha head and Jordan Valley Regional Council head David Elhayani said. He called it a “huge diplomatic achievement for the prime minister.

“The application of Israeli sovereignty over the Jordan Valley, the [northern] Dead Sea, and settlements in Judea and Samaria is the fulfillment of the Zionist dream and a fateful moment in the history of the settlement movement,” he said.

The US peace team, headed by special advisor Jared Kushner and special envoy Avi Berkowitz, had been expected to visit Israel on Wednesday and Thursday to discuss the plan with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his chief rival, head of the Blue and White Party Benny Gantz. At the last minute, however, the team cancelled the trip.

The Hebrew website Walla reported that Netanyahu and Gantz had been invited to Washington next week to discuss the plan.

News of the possible imminent publication of the plan comes as Netanyahu is under pressure from the right-wing party Yamina to take steps as early as next week to annex the Jordan Valley and the Megilot region of the Dead Sea. However, the White House, according to sources, asked him to hold off until after publication of their plan.

Right-wing politicians in the Likud and Yamina parties are pressuring Netanyahu to push forward anyway with sovereignty, first in the cabinet on Sunday and then in the Knesset on Tuesday.

However, sources close to the proceedings told The Jerusalem Post that the Cabinet will not vote on the matter on Sunday.

In addition, the IDF announced that they are gearing up for potential backlash and have increased security in the West Bank, according to Channel 12.

Defense Minister Naftali Bennett responded to the plan’s possible imminent release, saying that, “I will be clear: Yamina will not allow land to be given to Arabs or for a Palestinian state to be established,” adding that he will respond to the plan’s content when it is made public.

Bennett also said that US President Donald Trump, Kushner and Ambassador to Israel David Friedman are true friends of Israel.
“Israel may he facing a historic opportunity, along with significant dangers,” he stated.

Transportation Minister Betzalel Smotrich said on Thursday that, “from the little we know about the ‘Deal of the Century,’ it has opportunities, but also not a few risks.”

He said that, “we [the Yamina Party] are here to maximize our opportunities and neutralize risks.”

Smotrich also said that he will do all he can to prevent a division of the Land of Israel, meaning a transfer of Israeli-held lands into Palestinian hands.
Right-wing officials told Ynet off the record that what Netanyahu got from the Trump administration is the “gift of a lifetime,” because now, Israelis will discuss the issue of annexing the Jordan Valley instead of his request to be granted immunity for alleged bribery and breach of trust.

They also said that “the Americans are fully involved in the elections here,” meaning that the US is putting its influence behind Netanyahu, who is more than likely to be seen by many Israelis as the better politician to lead such a massive historical move.

The Blue and White Party said on Thursday that the expected invitation by the White House, extended to both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Blue and White leader Benny Gantz, does not mean they will stop their demand for the Knesset to debate the immunity request submitted by the prime minister.

A source close to Gantz says he saw the plan and does not think it will be politically damaging to him.

Netanyahu requested that the Knesset grant him immunity from criminal misconduct after he was indicted for alleged bribery and breach of trust.

Yisrael Beitenu leader Avigdor Liberman tweeted on Thursday that his party recommends to annex the Jordan Valley, as suggested recently by Netanyahu, and also to reject the immunity offer.

Educational Minister Rabbi Rafi Peretz said on Thursday that ownership of the homeland, “the land given to our forefathers,” is not open to any negotiations.

“We will not allow the handing over of parts of the homeland,” he said, “not to a Palestinian state and not [as part of] any unilateral moves.”

J-Street Israel director Yael Patir warned that the so-called “Deal of the Century” will not only not be the deal of the century, it will not even be the bargain of the year, since “this may be the last year of [US President Donald] Trump in the White House.”

She warned that any deal that will include Israeli annexation of the Jordan Valley or the West Bank will be opposed by a Democratic US president.

“Such moves might not only destabilize the region, but create an unhealthy clash between the Israeli government and a post-Trump American administration.”

Truly anything that favors Israel will be fought over.  That said, they are wise to move forward while the times of alliances may not last forever!

Regaining the land promised to their forefathers and the construction of the Temple, are uppermost in Israel mind’s and heart’s!  They must indeed strike while the iron is hot!

Trumps close ties with Israel and this peace plan initiative will surely dictate the future of the middle East and Israel in particular!  As to how this plays out with regards to the timing of the Rapture will remain to be seen.  Once again, I will leave those details to the Lord!

      Day 31st

Ezekiel 29:6-12 prophecy … disputes over the water between Egypt and Ethiopia leading to the Tower of Syene getting nuked and making the Nile River undrinkable.

Egypt Too Worried About Water Shortage to Care About Trump’s Plan.

The massive dam that Ethiopia is building on part of the Nile could spark a dire drought in Egypt

      Haartz
      By Zvi Bar’el

      Jan 31, 2020 8:10 am

Fear of a looming water shortage in Egypt is of far greater interest to its leaders these days than Donald Trump’s “deal of the century” or the campaign against Iran. It’s not just “a problem of national security,” as President Abdel-Fattah al-Sissi calls it – it’s an existential issue.

The threat goes by the name of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. Ethiopia is building it on a tributary of the Blue Nile that runs through its territory, and the result could be a dramatic reduction in the amount of water Egypt receives from the river. Economists estimate that the country will lose 10 billion cubic meters of water a year, out of an average of about 50 billion cubic meters annually that it was getting until two years ago – although that dropped in 2019 to less than 44.5 billion cubic meters – all this before the lake Ethiopia is creating has reached capacity, behind the dam.

Egypt has threatened in the past that if Ethiopia continued to build its networks of dams, it would even consider going to war over it. That threat has in the meantime morphed into desperate efforts to reach an agreement, so far to no avail. Ethiopia has promised Egypt that it will receive the entire amount of water it’s been promised – but without a formal agreement, the Egyptian Nile will always be at the mercy of the Ethiopian authorities.

According to estimates, when the dam is completed, as part of a giant hydropower project, Egypt will lose 1.8 million feddan (1.86 million acres) of farmland, out of approximately 8.5 million feddan currently under cultivation. If that happens, about 1.2 million jobs in agriculture will disappear, and the unemployment rate – which Cairo lowered impressively from 14 percent to 7.5 percent – will surge dangerously.

President Sissi is promising his citizens, meanwhile, that there will be no shortage of water and that the government will be investing in desalination facilities. But those facilities, which will operate on the basis of traditional sources of energy, will cause the price of water to rise further – after it’s already soared by more than 300 percent since 2014. Egypt already imports about 50 percent of the grain crops it consumes, and, in this scenario, it will be compelled to increase those imports significantly and pay for it in hard currency from its foreign currency reserves. Moreover, the average per capita quota of water in the country, about 600 cubic meters a year, will most likely decline to what’s considered to be a water-poverty level.

The threat now hanging over 100 million Egyptians is the result of a series of failures in the planning of the water supply, an unwieldy bureaucracy that didn’t come up with sufficient alternatives to the anticipated shortfall, and decades-long complacency on the part of Egyptian governments. Last week, the three parties to the conflict – Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan – tried unsuccessfully to work out a draft agreement to resolve the issues at hand. Earlier this week, the sides convened in Washington, which is working with them in the negotiations, to try to resolve the disputes. At present, however, it doesn’t look as though those talks will produce an accord.

The main bone of contention is Egypt’s demand that Ethiopia fill the reservoir gradually, over 12 to 21 years, and take into account the drought seasons. Addis Ababa has so far rejected this request, as it wants to fill the lake up quickly at the dam and channel the flow of water to hydroelectric stations that will generate power. Cairo has also demanded that the Ethiopians compensate it for every cumulative deficit of water. For its part, Ethiopia, however, says there is no need to consider such a request – especially if an agreement is ultimately reached for the gradual filling of the reservoir.

In the meantime, until a solution can be found, Egypt can bask in the compliments it’s getting from international financing institutions – among them the International Monetary Fund, from which Cairo has borrowed $12 billion – for its success in pushing through economic reforms.

Last Saturday was the ninth anniversary of the Arab Spring revolution, whose aims included improvement in Egyptians’ standard of living, better public services and more opportunities for people to make money, or at least to find employment. Democracy, in whose name the demonstrators originally took to the streets, has become a dead letter since 2013, when Sissi deposed Mohammed Morsi, of the Muslim Brotherhood, and seized power.

Since then, a series of measures – the arrest and silencing of rivals and critics, the regime’s takeover of the parliament and enactment of legislation that grants Sissi almost indefinite tenure and nearly unchecked freedom of action – has shattered aspirations for a democratic presidential republic in Egypt. At the same time, improvements in the economy, reflected in inflation plunging to 7.5 percent annually (down from 33 percent in 2017), in the dramatic uptick in foreign currency reserves, from $12 billion in 2011 to over $45 billion, and in reduction of the budget deficit from 11.4 percent to 8.5 percent – indicate, at least at the macro level, that Cairo is on the right road economically.

Still, the majority of Egyptians don’t see it that way. Some 30 percent of them are living below the poverty line and another 30 percent will join them if they don’t find a way to increase their income. These citizens are paying far more today for electricity, fuel and water than in the past; basic commodities, housing and transportation have become dozens of percent more expensive during the Sissi era; and the level of public services has only deteriorated.

Important measures that have been taken, including the almost total abolition of the fuel subsidy, which won accolades from international financial bodies, together with the imposition of a value-added tax, have driven millions of Egyptians to the brink of poverty. The dilemma Sissi faces is to find the proper balance between the necessity to continue implementing economic reforms and the necessity of curbing of a civil revolt along the lines of the Arab Spring.

Feb 1st  … day 32 into the new year …

I couldn’t help being “antsy Anna” as I read today’s top headline news:

      – Erdogan hits out @ Arab “treason” over Trump’s Deal of the Century

      – Erdogan lashes out @ Gulf State for “betraying” Palestinians

      – PA trying to mobilize Arab states against Trump Plan

      – Trump ties & Iran fears – why Arab allies opting not to rebuke peace plan

      – Gantz vows to advance US peace plan immediately if elected PM

      – Not an inch:  Palestinians  @ Al-Aqsa vow to fight Trump’s plan

      – Palestinians, troops clash in W. Bank  thousands protest Trump plan in Jordan

So we got the G/M players upset and frustrated that they can’t convince their neighboring Arab muslims to reject the peace plan.  In their hatred/jealous rage do you sense like the whole Middle East could explode soon by them trying to take things into their own hands to disrupt the “peace” process by attacking Israel?  Will they dare do so while the church is still here?  In the past few weeks they sent a few missiles over to our embassy in Iraq.  I just sense they are getting bolder.

Do you feel we are this close to Ezekiel war?  Or not?

Also what are your thoughts about where the 3rd Temple will get built?  Is there room for both the Al- Aqsa mosque and the Temple or does the mosque have to come down?  Perhaps a missile will hit it and they blame Israel for it and could this start the wars in motion?   Or will the 3rd Temple get built somewhere else?

Though there is room enough to build the Temple, and there may be another location that is just as likely.

Indeed I’ve always speculated that a stray missile aimed at Israel could easily go awry and hit the Mosque.

Indeed for any number of reasons, 2020 will certainly prove to be exciting.

February 2nd (Happy Ground Hog Day).  I wonder if the ground hog did NOT see his shadow?  If so … Spring arrives earlier!

33 days into the new year and we have this …

“Serious Silvia” here … John B at 5Doves is informing us of the latest craziest new law for New Yorkers … warning make sure you’re NOT eating any popcorn because you might choke on this … oh, and one of the locations you can buy your permit for stargazing is at … Babylon headquarters permit office … I kid you not.

Looking up in the sky…..stargazing….. to check on whatever, maybe to check on your redemption (as per Luke)……… is not allowed now in New York without a permit

      Luke 21:28
Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”

Unfortunately I live here in New York state where our government has been “taken over” by downstate (New York city) Democrats (Demon-rats) and a demonic governor…….king Cuomo. They light up the skyscrapers in New York city to celebrate the abortion laws they passed……… or should I say the infanticide laws they passed.

I have lived here in extreme upstate New York for 70 years and have never seen such unrighteousness and outright evil that is now being promoted in this state. The link below is just a rather hilarious example……… but much more serious issues concerning our God given rights are daily being chipped away by Satan’s troops who now completely rule this state. They have taken over both the assembly and the senate in Albany along with the governorship. Complicated issues are keeping our family tethered here in this state……….. otherwise we would certainly try to find a more righteous environment.

Imagine this: You’re out with your family in one of the parks in New York state where you can actually see the stars when it gets dark. You look up in the sky, see a constellation, and you point upwards to show your kids. Along comes a park ranger demanding to see your Stargazing Permit, and issues you a citation because you didn’t know you needed such a permit.

That’s right, the state of New York is now demanding us peasants give them money so we can look up at the sky.

Is this a sign our departure is at hand?  We have Jack Van Impe (with 70 years in the ministry) taken up to glory recently and now Franklin Graham is banned from preaching the Gospel in the United Kingdom because of his stand against the gay lifestyle.  Does this mean the church’s job is soon over and about to pass the baton over to the 2 witnesses and 144,000?
I wonder if it’s going to take a shocking event like the rapture to finally get the attention of the unsaved  to listen to the Gospel?
      2 Timothy 4:2-8
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

      For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Indeed the last stretch of our ride while waiting for the Rapture will surely prove to be a bumpy ride!  Satan will pull out everything he has in his arsenal against God and His people.

Franklin Graham alone was not banned, God was! Just another indictment against those who choose to rebel against God.  Apparently no one learned any lessons from the story of the fallen angels.

Were the angels offered redemption, no doubt many would have availed themselves of it!  Whereas when redemption is offered to humans, many still refuse His redemption.  Satan has done his homework, while many men have not!

Eek … signs of the times … robot “doctor” treats first person in the US with Coronavirus.  I don’t know about you but I would be totally creeped out seeing the robot heading towards me with a stethoscope, or checking my blood pressure or doing phlebotomy work.

First Person with Wuhan Coronavirus in U.S. Being Treated by a Robot.  The robot limits the exposure of medical staff to the virus.

      Interesting Engineering.com

We have seen robots do everything from parkour to helping with the elderly. Now, a nifty robot is being used in the U.S. to treat a patient infected with the Wuhan Coronavirus, CNN reports.

The patient is a man in his 30s that that checked in the emergency room because he believed he was experiencing symptoms from the Wuhan coronavirus. He was sadly diagnosed with the virus on Monday.

He had recently traveled to Wuhan and was worried about his symptoms. The doctors put him in isolation, and he has been reported to be in stable condition.

      Robot doctors
So, where does the robot come in? Well, its role is actually highly important, as it is meant to protect medical staff by limiting their exposure to the virus. Equipped with a stethoscope, the robot takes the man’s vitals and communicates them to doctors who are not in the room with the patient through a screen.

“The nursing staff in the room move the robot around so we can see the patient in the screen, talk to him,” told CNN Dr. George Diaz, chief of the infectious disease division at the Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington.

      Doing well
Despite being in a stable condition, the man has not been released yet. Medical professionals have ordered additional tests for the patient.

These tests are supposed to show whether the man is still contagious. In the meantime, Washington state health officials have been communicating with 43 people that are considered being “close contacts” of the patient.

“Close contacts” are defined as anyone who may have come within 3 to 6 feet of the infected patient. All such contacts will be contacted daily and actively monitored for signs of the virus

They have their place … robots to dismantle bombs/finding land mine explosive devices, using them on the battlefield, etc.  I draw the line though with them being used in place of doctors, surgeons, dentists …  The thought of them suddenly malfunctioning while holding a knife in surgery or drilling your teeth is daunting.

However I would be curious if the robot could instantly find my vein to draw blood.  Many phlebotomists use up 5 needles and 2 arms before finding my vein.   :-(

February 10th .. and we have the leader of Sudan getting a sign from allah (aka satan himself) to have a meeting with Bibi …

Call  me “Leery Leena” but isn’t Sudan part of the G/M team?  Could this be a trick for Israel to put their guard down to think Sudan is finally at “peace” with them now before the “surprise” Ezekiel attack?

Leader of Sudan Agreed to Meet with Netanyahu After Getting ‘Sign from God’

      Breaking Israel News
By Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz  February 9, 2020 , 2:26 pm

While in Uganda last week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman Burhan who is currently serving as Chairman of the Sovereignty Council of Sudan, the country’s collective transitional head of state. The meeting took place in Entebbe on Monday at the residence of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.

“A few days before I met with Netanyahu, I prayed to Allah, asking for his advice,”  Burhan said, relating the words of his prayer.

Allah, if this is a good thing for Sudan, please prepare our way for this. If not, send me a sign.’ God gave me the feeling that I should go and meet with him,” Burhan was quoted as saying in Sudanese news.

Israel and Sudan do not have official bilateral relations. Sudan is a member of the Arab League and declared war with Israel in the 1948 War for Independence.

“We did not discuss normalization, but rather [establishing] a relationship of goodwill with the entire world,” Abdel Fattah al-Burhan said in a press conference with Arab TV stations. “What happened in the meeting was merely a consensus between the two sides to halt all mutually hostile actions and positions. The meeting did not deal with the details regarding the form of relations or what is specifically required to [establish relations]. That is the job of the [transitional] ruling council.”

The meeting came one day after US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo invited Burhan to visit the United States in a phone call. A senior Sudanese military official said Monday the Sudan-Israel meeting was orchestrated by the United Arab Emirates, another close ally of the US.

Burhan told a different story to western news.

“[Normalization of relations with Israel] will be good for Sudan,” JPostreported. With God’s help. All of these actions are in Sudan’s interest. We see others [that have relations with Israel], and even the stakeholders enjoy  it.”

February 13th and we have this … :popcorn

      Breaking Israel News

Israel’s defense minister and head of the New Right party, Naftali Bennett, spoke to a Yeshiva (male seminary) in northern Israel on Wednesday criticizing a political rival who Bennett claims doesn’t treat Israel’s state institutions as playing an integral role in the Redemption process.

Bennett then lamented what he sees as a current attitude of lawlessness in Israel saying that the reason that the Second Temple was destroyed was because everyone “followed their own rules.”

“We need to understand the big picture” Bennett said adding “today we are in (the era of) the Third Temple.

Bennett then reminded the captive audience about the history of the Kingdom of Israel saying “we have had a state twice where we ruled as a united people. The first time it only lasted 80 years – King David 40, then King Solomon 40. After that, we separated.”

“The second time, we were sovereign for only 74 years during the Hasmonean dynasty” he added.

Bennett then touching on the present saying “Now we are at 72 years. The Jewish nation has never been able to maintain a united rule for more than 80 years.”

The Defense Minister concluded saying that he will not let “anyone tear apart the state of Israel.”

Israel Reveals it is Now Targeting Iranian Forces Militarily
      Breaking Israel News
      By JNS  February 12, 2020 , 1:36 pm

Israel’s defense minister issued a stern warning to Iran on Tuesday, saying that Jerusalem was “changing the paradigm” and would no longer content itself with striking back at the Islamic Republic’s proxy forces in the region.

Speaking at a memorial event in northern Israel, Defense Minister Naftali Bennett said, “When the octopus tentacles hit you, you must fight back not just against the tentacles, but also make sure to suffocate the head of the octopus, and the same applies to Iran.”

The time has come, said Bennett, to move from fighting against Iran’s proxy forces to confronting the regime directly.

“For years on end, we have fought against the Iranian tentacles in Lebanon, Syria and the Gaza Strip, but we have not focused enough on weakening Iran itself. Now we are changing the paradigm. We are now engaged in an ongoing effort to weaken the Iranian octopus through economic, diplomatic and intelligence measures, as well as with military means and various other approaches.”

Israel’s northern border remains a source of concern, said Bennett, adding, “The relative quiet does not confuse us, and the Israel Defense Forces is ready for any scenario.”

Bennett concluded his remarks with a message to the regime: “You have no business being in Syria, and so long as you continue to build terrorist bases there, we will continue to increase the strikes against you.”

He said that Israel was not going to stop targeting Iran, “and Iran must not make the mistake of thinking otherwise.” He vowed to “continue denying Iran a foothold on our northern border” and said Israel “was making sure to constantly exact a price until we reach the ultimate goal: driving Iran out of Syria.”

      Now the End Begins
By Geoffrey Grider  Feb 13, 2020

Syrian air defenses downed several missiles coming across the Golan Heights in Israel before they hit their targets in the capital Damascus, Syrian state television said on Thursday.

Iran is on a mission, and that mission is to hit Israel from the northern border of Syria, and that is something that Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed will never happen. The key to keeping Iran out is the fact that Israel controls the Golan Heights, a highly strategic area and a place that President Donald Trump, back in March of 2019, recognized as being under Israeli control.

“I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” Isaiah 62:6,7 (KJV)

Fun Fact: Back in April of 2016, Barack Obama who hated Netanyahu and couldn’t care less about Israel, said that the United States did not recognize Israeli authority over the Golan Heights. If the Democrats win in 2020, America will return to its previous policy of being at odds with Israel, Communist Bernie Sanders said as president he will divert US aid from Israel to Hamas. And that’s exactly why Trump is going to win in a landslide.

Israel strikes Iranian targets near Damascus
From the Jerusalem Post: The IAF launched an airstrike in the Damascus area, according to the Syrian news agency SANA, in addition to multiple sources.

Syrian air defenses downed several missiles coming across Israel’s Golan Heights before they hit their targets in the capital, Damascus, Syrian state television said on Thursday. The attack was allegedly targeting Iranian ammunition depots in the city.

Iran is ready to hit Israel because of the air strike over Damascus

      BulgarianMilitary.com
By Boyko Nikolov On Feb 14, 2020

TEHRAN, (BM) – Iran threatens Israel with a tough response due to a Tel Aviv missile strike at Damascus International Airport. This is stated in the publication of the Federal News Agency, learned BulgarianMilitary.com.

It is worth recalling that part of the missiles launched from the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights was intercepted by air defense systems. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), based in London, confirms information about Tel Aviv’s involvement in shelling Syrian territories. Due to rocket fire, three Syrians and four fighters of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) lost their lives.

FAN journalists write that according to a number of sources on social networks, Israel launched an air strike at Damascus airport several hours after the arrival of an important cargo from Tehran. It is assumed that on board the Boeing 747 were not only components for missiles and other military technologies, but also the new commander of the special forces of the IRGC Esmail Kaani.

It is worth recalling that in early January, the United States killed Iranian General Kassem Suleimani, after which Tehran launched a retaliatory missile strike on American military bases located in Iraq.

Recently, Iran has repeatedly warned Israel of a retaliatory strike.

“Tehran’s tough statements follow one after another, and any new Israeli provocation in Syria could be a reason for a retaliatory strike,” the FAN publication said.

Recall that on Saturday, Major General IRGC Mohsen Rezai gave an interview to Lebanese television channel Al Mayadeen. According to him, any aggressive actions by Washington against Tehran could be a reason for a strike against Israel.

This Wednesday, February 12, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Mousavi said that Iran’s response will make anyone who regrets Tehran’s interests in Syria regret its aggression. Yesterday, February 13, Major General Hussein Salami said the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) was ready to strike at Israel.

“If you and the United States make the slightest mistake, we will strike,” said Major General Hussein Salami, commander of the IRGC.

So soon they forget! How the nations rage! They boast of what they cannot do! Obviously, Iran chooses to forget who alines with Israel. My son returned from Iran about a month ago now, it is very interesting to hear how much the media twisted the January events and claims of death and destruction on US forces to be false. It is true that many nationals where injured but the media does not speak truth about this.
Currently, the scene is being set up very nicely to afford the fulfillment of Ezekiel 38. :popcorn :popcorn
My son and a few others (recently returned from the region) would say, ”think of it like this, Iran thinks to come at Israel with a water gun (Death and destruction), while Israel can and will defend itself with the full military force of sophisticated and elite power. Then Iran pleads to the nations for Israel’s brutality.” A second thought, some of the destruction, Iran has caused on its own people with the hopes of inciting the world against Israel – oh what a tangled web they try to weave, but God fights for Israel.

My heart goes out to the blind leaders of the blind – May the scales be removed and they see Jesus! Only God can orchestrate the pattern of prophecy now unfolding before us. We are certainly soon to depart! This will not be abated.

The hour is late … check out what concerns the Saudis …

      Debka.com

The Saudi paper Sharq al-Awsat Feb. 15 that the Russians had given up on curbing Iran’s military presence in Syria. It cited Saudi intelligence sources in eastern Syria where the Saudis took control of Syria’s eastern oil region in December under the US aegis. Those sources wonder how Israel can hope to succeed where the Russians have failed.

On Thursday, Feb. 13, they note, Israel took out four Iranian officers in an attack on a new Iranian weapons consignment delivered in the Damascus area. Two of the dead were Revolutionary Guards generals – Riday Mahmadi, commander of Iranian forces in the Damascus region, and Haj Hossein, who was in charge of arming Iranian forces in Syria.

While this was yet another impressive Israeli intelligence feat, its impact will be short-lived, say DEBKAfile’s military sources. Tehran will rapidly replace the two officers, in the same way as it quickly slotted a Hizballah loyalist close to Hassan Nasrallah into the vacancy left by the US assassination of Al Qods chief Qassem Soleimani on Jan. 3. The Guards don’t leave missing links in their chain of command – either in Syria or in Iraq.

The systematic destruction by Israeli missiles of Iran’s weapons consignments landing in Syria is likewise of provisional value. While the IDF is exceptionally effective in spotting and targeting the incoming arms shipments, a certain quantity must be presumed to be getting through to destination, else how account for periodic reports on the rising numbers of precision missiles in the hands of Iran’s proxy, the Lebanese Hizballah? This question also applies to the Palestinian Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

IDF commander Lt. Gen. Aviv Kochavi addressed the Iranian and other threats to Israel’ security when he presented his new multi-year military program last week, He pointed out in his preamble that Israel’s armed forces must contend with “surrounding terrorist armies in Syria, Lebanon, the Gaza Strip and Sinai, which are not under state control,” as well as Iran, which “currently holds a stock of 1,000 precision missiles capable of reaching Tel Aviv, some of which have multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRV) that are difficult to intercept.” He stressed too that “Hizballah is advancing in its own precision rockets project.”

Our military sources pose this question. How can Hizballah make such advances after three years of constant Israeli attacks? And how come that terrorist groups from the Gaza Strip and Sinai are still allowed to pose a strategic threat to national security?

The new IDF plan, dubbed “Momentum,” speaks of “strengthening the capabilities of the ground forces, and taking advantage of aerial range to enable combat units to attack and destroy a maximum number of targets in as short a time as possible.” However, say DEBKAfile’s sources, one lesson learned from long experience of wars is that no-one can predict how a conflict, once started, will end. None can be counted on to achieve a rapid in-and-out bang-bang victory. In countering Iran, Israel is more likely to come up against the same obstacles as Russia encountered in Syria – a lingering, constantly evolving presence that is hard to pin down.

There is nothing innovative about Gen. Kochavi’s decision to establish an Iran Command headed by a general. IDF generals have filled this position in the past, the last appointee was Maj. Gen. NItzan Alon, after whom the position vanished without explanation.

While “Momentum” was approved by the prime minister and defense minister, PM Binyamin Netanyahu added a rider criticizing the plan as needing a sharper offensive strategy.

Naftali Bennett returned last week from his first Washington visit and talks in the Pentagon as defense minister. He reported an agreement for a division of labor to push back Iranian expansion: the Americans would operate in Iraq, while the IDF would continue to take on the Iranians in Syria.

No US officials has confirmed or, for that matter, denied the existence of this deal. Neither has any reference been made any other competent Israeli official in the caretaker government that is officiating in Jerusalem up until the March 2 general election.

God knows and never forgets!  Indeed the desecration or elimination of Israel’s beloved saints of the past will surely spark a harsh retaliation.  They can keep dodging missiles, but will not tolerate that.

Though Israel has shown great restraint and wisdom to give themselves time to arm themselves adequately, their resolve for it’s homeland and the Temple only continues to grow.

Israel’s enemies will be taken grievously by surprise when Israel does accept war against it’s enemies!

Feb 19th  … trying not to be “Scared Sarah” but whenever I read about scientists searching for alien life … it really creeps me out because we know after the church disappears … these aliens (aka demons) will descend and mingle with man and will probably deceive the world by explaining away our disappearance.  The fact they now have supercomputer to scan the “entire sky” for signs tells us showtime is close!   Perhaps the unsaved will be thinking how cool to have their very own  E.T creature in their homes?   I’m not familiar with the CERN machine … is that like tampering with the underworld too?

Supercomputer to scan ‘entire sky’ for signs of aliens
By Nilima Marshall, The Sun  Feb 18 2020

      NY Post.com

Scientists are ramping up their efforts in the search for signs of alien life.

Experts at the SETI Institute, an organization dedicated to tracking extraterrestrial intelligence, are developing state-of-the-art techniques to detect signatures from space that indicate the possibility of extraterrestrial existence.

These so-called “technosignatures” can range from the chemical composition of a planet’s atmosphere, to laser emissions, to structures orbiting other stars, among others, they said.

Dr. Tony Beasley, director of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) telescope based in Virginia said: “Determining whether we are alone in the universe as technologically capable life is among the most compelling questions in science.”

SETI scientists plan to develop a system that will “piggyback” on the Very Large Array (VLA) telescope based in Mexico and provide data to their technosignature search system.

Beasley added: “As the VLA conducts its usual scientific observations, this new system will allow for an additional and important use for the data we’re already collecting.”

Life forms, whether intelligent or not, can produce detectable indicators such as large amounts of oxygen, smaller amounts of methane, and a variety of other chemicals, the experts said.

So in addition, scientists are also developing computer models to simulate extraterrestrial environments that can help support future searches for habitable planets and life beyond the solar system.

Victoria Meadows, principal investigator for Nasa’s Virtual Planetary Laboratory at the University of Washington, which studies to detect exoplanetary habitability, said: “Upcoming telescopes in space and on the ground will have the capability to observe the atmospheres of Earth-sized planets orbiting nearby cool stars, so it’s important to understand how best to recognize signs of habitability and life on these planets.

“These computer models will help us determine whether an observed planet is more or less likely to support life.”

Meanwhile, SETI’s Breakthrough Listen Initiative, which launched in 2015 to “listen” for signals of alien life, has released nearly two petabytes of data from the most comprehensive survey yet of radio emissions from the plane of the Milky Way galaxy and the region around its central black hole.

The organization is now inviting the public to search the data, gathered from various telescopes around the world, and look for signals from intelligent civilizations.

Yuri Milner, an entrepreneur and founder of the Breakthrough initiative, said: “For the whole of human history, we had a limited amount of data to search for life beyond Earth.

“So, all we could do was speculate.

“Now, as we are getting a lot of data, we can do real science and, with making this data available to general public, so can anyone who wants to know the answer to this deep question.”

The initiatives and strategies in expanding the search for extraterrestrial life were presented at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in Seattle.

The news comes a month after astronomers tracked mysterious radio signals from outer space to a nearby galaxy.

Using eight of Earth’s most powerful telescopes, they found the signals originated in a spiral galaxy – like the Milky Way – located 500 million light-years from Earth.

Fast Radio Bursts (FRB) are intense pulses of radio waves that last no longer than the blink of an eye and come from far beyond our Milky Way galaxy.

Their origins are unknown. Some think the energetic waves are the result of massive cosmic explosions, while others reckon they’re signals sent by an alien race.

More than 60 FRBs have been discovered over the past decade, but only a handful have repeated. These recurring bursts give scientists rare chances to study the origins of FRBs.

Interesting article here … I couldn’t help but become “astonished Ashlee” because both the Israel political and military officials are very much aware of a future Gog/Magog apocalyptic showdown with their Russian “friends”.  They are willing to take that risk in order to stop Iran from gaining a stronghold in Syria.  This sure paints a different picture from the Bible Scholar theories we’ve been hearing for decades about a “surprise” attack, eh?

      Israel Today.com
      2/19/20
Russia’s ambassador to Syria this week issued what some saw as a veiled threat should Israel continue bombing Iranian assets in the war-torn country.

On February 6, an aerial attack on a target near Damascus killed 20 Syrian and Iranian military officials. It also caused Syrian air defenses to inadvertently fire on an airplane carrying 172 passengers. The plane managed to safely land at a nearby airport.

Israel Defense Minister Naftali Bennett later hinted that the attack was just another in a long series of Israeli strikes against Iranian assets that are admittedly in Syria for the purpose of threatening the Jewish state.

But Russian Ambassador Alexander Yefimov wasn’t interested in Israeli justifications.

In an interview with Sputnik Arabic, Yefimov called the Israeli raids “provocative and very dangerous.” He further cautioned that “this increases the possibility of conflict over Syria.”

Since Syria is already in conflict, his warning was taken to mean that the ongoing Israeli raids could eventually result in an armed clash between the Jewish state and Russian forces in the region.

Israeli political and military officials have never been shy about referencing the biblical “War of Gog and Magog.” It’s something they believe is going to happen.

However, given the warm relations between Jerusalem and Moscow in recent years, many found it hard to believe the traditional interpretation that this great Gentile army would include Russia.

But, Ambassador Yefimov is not wrong about the stage being set for the kind of incident, intentional or not, that could suddenly turn friends into foes.

Israel is aware of this risk, but apparently deems the threat of Iranian hegemony to be greater than the possibility of accidentally sparking an apocalyptic showdown with Russia.

Global food production is being hit from seemingly every side.  Thanks to absolutely crazy weather patterns, giant locust armies in Africa and the Middle East, and an unprecedented outbreak of African Swine Fever in China, a lot less food is being produced around the world than originally anticipated.  Even during the best of years we really struggle to feed everyone on the planet, and so a lot of people are wondering what is going to happen as global food supplies become tighter and tighter.  The mainstream media in the United States is so obsessed with politics right now that they haven’t been paying much attention to this emerging crisis, but the truth is that this growing nightmare is only going to intensify in the months ahead.

In Australia, conditions have been extremely hot and extremely dry, and that helped to fuel the horrific wildfires that we recently witnessed.

And everyone knew that agricultural production in Australia was going to be disappointing this year, but it turns out that it is actually going to be the worst ever recorded…

Australia’s hottest and driest year on record has slashed crop production, with summer output expected to fall to the lowest levels on record, according to official projections released Tuesday.

The country’s agriculture department said it expects production of crops like sorghum, cotton and rice to fall 66 percent — the lowest levels since records began in 1980-81.

The continent of Australia is considered to be one of the breadbaskets of the world.  According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, in 2018/19 Australia exported over 9 million tons of wheat to the rest of the world.

But thanks to relentless crop failures, Australia has started to import wheat, and that is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.

So instead of helping to feed the rest of the world, Australia is now relying on the rest of us to help feed them.

And what is happening this year didn’t just barely break the old records.  In fact, one senior economist says that this will be the worst summer crop production the country has ever seen “by a large margin”…

“It is the lowest summer crop production in this period by a large margin,” Peter Collins, a senior economist with the department’s statistical body ABARES told AFP.
Of course if the rest of the world was doing great we could certainly survive a downturn in Australia.

Unfortunately, that is definitely not the case.

Right now, billions upon billions of locusts are voraciously devouring farms in eastern Africa and the Middle East.  As I detailed the other day, giant armies of locusts the size of large cities are traveling up to 100 miles per day as they search for food.  When they descend on a farm, all the crops can be consumed literally within 30 seconds.  It is a nightmare of epic proportions, and UN officials are telling us that this crisis is only going to get worse over the next couple of months.

In Uganda, the army has been called out to help fight this locust plague, but it is making very little difference…

Under a warm morning sun scores of weary soldiers stare as millions of yellow locusts rise into the northern Ugandan sky, despite hours spent spraying vegetation with chemicals in an attempt to kill them.

From the tops of shea trees, fields of pea plants and tall grass savanna, the insects rise in a hypnotic murmuration, disappearing quickly to wreak devastation elsewhere. The most effective way of fighting these locust swarms is to spray insecticide on them from the air, but even that only produces very limited results.

However, at least it is better than doing nothing.

The UN is trying to raise a lot more money to get more planes into the air, because if nothing is done the number of locusts “could grow up to 500 times by June”…

The U.N. has said $76 million is needed immediately. On Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo during a visit to Ethiopia said the U.S. would donate another $8 million to the effort. That follows an earlier $800,000.

The number of overall locusts could grow up to 500 times by June, when drier weather begins, experts have said. Until then, the fear is that more rains in the coming weeks will bring fresh vegetation to feed a new generation of the voracious insects.

Overall, these locusts are affecting nations “with a combined population of nearly 2 billion”, and the amount of food that these locusts are destroying is unprecedented.

Meanwhile, China has been dealing with the worst outbreak of African Swine Fever in history.

African Swine Fever does not affect humans, but it sweeps through herds of pigs like wildfire.  There is no vaccine, there is no cure, and once African Swine Fever starts infecting pigs in a certain area the only thing that can be done is to kill the rest of the pigs to keep it from spreading anywhere else.

Unfortunately, China has not been able to get this outbreak under control, and the losses have been staggering.

According to the New York Times, the number of pigs that have been wiped out in China already is equivalent to “nearly one-quarter of all the world’s pigs”…

The disease was first reported in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, in early August 2018. By the end of August 2019, the entire pig population of China had dropped by about 40 percent. China accounted for more than half of the global pig population in 2018, and the epidemic there alone has killed nearly one-quarter of all the world’s pigs. But of course China is not the only one dealing with African Swine Fever.

In fact, cases of African Swine Fever have now been identified “in 50 countries”, and U.S. pig farmers are deathly afraid of what would happen if this disease starts spreading here.

As a result of this crisis, pork prices in China have gone through the roof, and many families are no longer able to eat pork at all.

Never before in the modern era have we seen so many major threats to global food production emerge simultaneously.

There are more than 7 billion people living on our planet today, and we need to be able to grow enough food to feed everyone.

If we aren’t able to do that, food prices will start to get really high, and people in the poorest areas simply will not have enough food to feed their families.

      More prophecy fulfillment …

After much rain … the Dead Sea is coming back to life and the shoreline is blooming with beautiful wildflowers.

Indeed, Biblical prophecy also holds that water will flow east from Jerusalem into the Dead Sea, filling it up with fish and the surrounding desert with life:

“Then said he unto me: ‘These waters issue forth toward the eastern region and shall go down into the Arabah; and when they shall enter into the sea into the sea of the putrid waters the waters shall be healed. And it shall come to pass that every living creature wherewith it swarmeth whithersoever the rivers shall come shall live; and there shall be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters are come thither that all things be healed and may live whithersoever the river cometh.” (Ezekiel 47:8-9)

“The curse is over, and this place and its minerals are now bringing life to people around the world,” he added.

The Dead Sea is indeed coming alive. They have even found sinkholes around the Dead Sea that have filled up with fresh water. Amazingly enough, they even observed fish in them.

That “Super bloom” looks amazing. I was there in March 2019 and there were a few scattered flowers here and there at Masada. Nothing like that, though!  God is making the desert bloom. ^^

February 24th  … we got the plagues affecting both the chickens and the pigs

A “highly pathogenic” strain of the H5N1 avian flu has been reported in China’s Hunan province, China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs said.

According to a report from Reuters 4,500 chickens died on the farm where the outbreak occurred.

The government culled nearly 18,000 chickens as a result of the outbreak.
Whether a strain of avian flu is deemed “highly pathogenic” relates to its ability to kill chickens, according to USGS.

The World Health Organization says that while human cases of H5N1 can occur, itdoes not infect humans easily.”

IDF targeted Damascus last night …

Syrian capital rocked by explosions as Israel claims responsibility

      Al Arabiya News
The Associated Press, AFP, Damascus, Syria  Monday  Feb 24, 2020

Syria’s capital Damascus was rocked by multiple explosions late on Sunday, and the country’s air defenses fired back in the latest attack by Israel on targets in Syria.

State media said air defenses confronted a wave of “enemy rockets” coming from the direction of the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

In a rare move, the Israeli military claimed responsibility through a spokesman on Twitter, saying it staged a series of strikes targeting the Palestinian militant group Islamic Jihad in Syria and the Gaza Strip.

Residents said multiple explosions shook Damascus and lasted for about 15 minutes as air defenses fired back. It was not immediately clear what targets were hit.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which monitors the Syrian conflict, said the explosions resulted from Israeli bombing of suspected Iranian-backed militias in the vicinity of Damascus International Airport.

The Syrian state news agency Sana said “most of the enemy missiles were shot down before reaching their targets,” stressing that “no airport” was struck.

Since the start of the Syrian conflict in 2011, Israel has carried out hundreds of strikes in Syria, mainly targeting government forces as well as allied Iranian forces and Hezbollah fighters.

Israel frequently strikes at targets inside Syria, but has largely refrained from public admissions of its covert military operations there.

A missile attack blamed on Israel in mid-February killed three Syrian and four Iranian fighters in the Damascus airport area, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Iran is an ally of Damascus and has offered military advisers and sent militiamen and material support to help President Bashar Assad’s government forces in the nine-year civil war.

Israel considers Iran a national security threat and says it won’t tolerate Iran’s presence on its borders.

February 25th  … Can you believe in just 7 days is Israel’s 3rd time to the voting booth?  It seemed so far away when they announced the date and here it is … just a week away.

Ok … I just read this scenario that Savedat33 posted on her forum board.  I can truly see it unfolding this way and it will cause the G/M team to covet the spoils of Israel!   :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn

      Per Savedat33
So, one of the terrible outcomes of a plague/pandemic, is economic calamity.  We are beginning to see this in China.  Millions of people remain out of work. The factories are closed and no one really knows how many people, who manned those factories, are now dead or dying.  Even if those factories were to open, people need to find childcare because schools are not open.  Public transportation is down.  Most small to medium businesses will run through their savings if the epidemic lasts longer than 3 months.  The ripples of this will be felt throughout the world as the world has turned to China as a basket for inexpensive parts/ labor.  Now, this can and will happen in any country the virus really takes hold in.   Now… for the interesting part – Coronavirus is already in Iran, which means it will soon spread to Turkey.  If you read Ezekiel 38, it describes pillaging for lack of a better term.  And the first four seals are the antichrist, war (peace taken from earth), famine and plague… what if we are seeing the primer of all these events? What if the reason Turkey/ Iran etc isn’t for oil but actual spoil – cattle, food, land etc – because their actual economy and country has been decimated by virus/plague?  Also, the biggest buyer of Iranian oil is China.  China won’t be buying as much oil until it can recover, if it can.

Just a thought as I found this buried in an article today.  For the full article, follow the link below•

Update (0900ET): Iran’s MP Mahmoud Sadeghi said he had tested positive for the coronavirius, telling supporters: “I don’t have a lot of hope of continuing life in this world”.

CBS has confirmed that it was an Italian doctor visiting the Spanish isle of Tenerife who prompted all guests at his hotel to be confined to their rooms on Tuesday. The country has now confirmed nearly 60 cases on Tuesday.

In the UAE, home to long-haul carriers Emirates and Etihad, airlines have suspended flights to and from Iran for at least a week, cutting the country’s 80 million people off from thousands of flights.

This thread is getting awfully lengthy.  Perhaps it would be wise to start a part B thread.  Just saying.
