As I sit at my desk enjoying a lovely cup of coffee this afternoon I have to smile at the following sign:

  Well … I just spent most of the afternoon at the car dealership service dept and while in the waiting room the manager did a double take when he saw me and said “you are here again?”  I explained they couldn’t do the full state inspection last week because the mechanic was installing new airbags and he had to dismantle the battery.  I was told I must drive another 50 miles before they can hook up their computer to the battery to do the reading on the emissions test.  He said “oh I’m terribly sorry you had to go through all that.  How about I get you a nice cup of hot cappuccino while you’re waiting?” :-(   I replied “oh no thank you, I don’t like coffee.”  Then he said “the machine also makes hot chocolate.”  I said “I know I tried it last week.  It’s too weak and bitter … I’m almost positive a coffee bean fell into the cocoa compartment.”  He replied “hold on … let me get you DD beverage card.”  I said “no, no please don’t.  I really don’t need one.  I still have my other one from last week.  Thank you anyway.”

Then I log into here and see this awful sign!!! :negative:

Well all I can say is … if you want good health …. you drink tea!

      Trust  Emmanuel  Always”

P.S.  I will admit though … that sign is pretty funny but not good for your health!    B-)

The Word doesn’t use the word oceans, but seas.  Then we ask ourselves why the Lord would eliminate these bodies of water, given that 70 percent of the this present Earth is water filled?

Seems to me that the Lord is making room for all those are going to be born in the milllenial reign.  Certainly after a thousand years, many more shall be added to the ranks of believers! IMHO

Yes, I agree there will be more believers added. :yahoo:

However, I also ponder this … the Lord says broad is the way that leads to destruction and straight and narrow is the way that leads to eternal life and few there be that find it.  It’s hard and sad to imagine in a perfect environment in the Millennium that many people (as the sand of the sea) will follow satan when he gets released from the bottomless pit.

“And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.”

I got a feeling the entire land mass might be put together and the ocean water will surround the entire land.  It looks like that is the way it was before the flood waters broke up everything because doesn’t it look like a great big puzzle broken?

:groan  this would be awful because … I wish for my little heavenly villa balcony to overlook the glorious ocean and white sandy beaches. However, if you are given your wish of coffee filled oceans … eek … my secondary wish will then be …. to have the garden/poolside view.   And pulease … don’t rain on my parade with … a wish of a humongo coffee fountain be installed by the pool side either!    You can’t have both!!!

Actually, I want neither a coffee fountain nor an ocean of it. Fresh brewed is the only way to go.

Whew … good to know you lowered your expectations on the sea waves of flowing coffee.  Yay, we all get our villa balcony view of the ocean/sandy beach back! :yahoo:

Psst … I heard through the grapevine the heavenly freshly brewed espresso coffee station is located upward, past the Milky Way … just keep traveling a bit more until you get to the orbiting rock called …. “Coffee Planet”.  Before you take your flight … make sure you tell T.R. because he will gladly make your very own space traveling outfit!  He claims the Wookie suit is still very much available. B-)

Forgive me loved ones.  I simply don’t like coffee or tea. Not too crazy about crumpets either!

I guess I’m stuck on just drinking living waters.  Silly me. :-(

I hear ya with your unwavering aversion to the coffee bean.   I think  though you might like this particular tea called Salada Organic Herbal  Tea Raspberry Hibiscus or Salada Green Tea Pomegranate AÇAÍ.  Just add honey and sugar (if you need to sweeten it up more) it taste like its from the Tree of Life.  You will be hooked on it I guarantee it.

I had to google “Crumpets”.  They sound a lot like waffles … have you tried waffles with ice cream?  That is the only way I can eat waffles.  It’s like eating an ice cream sandwich.  So good!

Keep the tea, I’m into sugar and honey! About the derailing Sis, my bad! :rose:

Of all the human beverages coffee and tea seem so limited.  I have never believed that the Earth would be totally water free.  I agree, salt free bodies of water will be just the ticket.

But it would be just as marvelous for the creatures that swam in the oceans to also inhabit the air?

I do love cinnamon and chocolate however. And citrus beverages as well. Just can’t stand coffee.

      T.R.

Actually I think there will be large bodies of water for all the dolphins, whales, sharks and other fish to swim in.   According to Randy Alcorn, author of “Heaven” book, he leans towards the river that flows from the Throne of God will keep overflowing into other humongo basins of water and it will be all fresh water … no more “salt” water seas.

P.S.  I’m cracking up how you really derailed this coffee thread off the tracks!

      :good:

Note:  and we are not suppose to eat the fish!

By the way … during the Passover Feast … what were they required to have?  Were they to retrieve a slimmy toxic mercury filled fish out of the surf waters?   No sirree … the orders were to choose a perfect lamb without spot or blemish from their grazing turf organic farms.   Can I get a Big   :amen: in agreement? :agree    Come on you can do it … but first put down that coffee cup. B-)
