The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) under CDC is scheduled to vote on Wednesday on whether or not to include COVID vaccinations in their routine pediatric immunization schedule. As a result, companies may have total liability protection and be able to impose more mandates on children.
“This will allow the vaccine makers to escape product liability for the adult vaccines which means the “emergency” can end, but the liability protection lives on,” Steve Kirsch wrote.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that not a single healthy child from ages 5 to 18 died of COVID-19 throughout the first 15 months of the pandemic in Germany– the largest country in Europe, according to a major study.
In Sweden, it will not recommend Covid vaccines for children under 12 years old because they do not see a clear benefit for doing so.
“With the knowledge we have today, with a low risk for serious disease for kids, we don’t see any clear benefit with vaccinating them,” Health Agency official Britta Bjorkholm said during a news conference, Reuters reported.
Last year, Dr. Robert Malone, the physician who invented the mRNA technology contained in COVID vaccines is urging all parents to abstain from vaccinating their children with the “irreversible” inoculation that could permanently damage their critical organs, reproductive systems and immune systems.

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster (SC-R) also stated he would never let the federal government force the COVID vaccine on kids.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine (OH-R) retweeted a post from Ohio Department of Health stating, “The State of Ohio does not mandate the COVID-19 vaccine for school attendance. The ACIP vote does not change Ohio law. The state’s list of required vaccines can only be changed through legislation.”
Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson (AR-R) said he would not require COVID vaccines for children.
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (GA-R) said the state of Georgia would not comply with CDC mandates.
Idaho Governor Brad Little (ID-R) said he would never mandate the COVID-19 vaccine to all age group in Idaho.

Dr. Anthony Fauci and other White House officials must testify under oath in a lawsuit alleging the Biden administration colluded with Facebook and Twitter to suppress free speech regarding coronavirus, a federal court ordered on Friday.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry sued the Biden administration in May 2022, arguing that the White House – and especially Fauci as Chief Medical Advisor to the President – were essentially making Facebook and Twitter arms of the Biden administration, suppressing content that criticized lockdowns, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and related stories.
The case argued that under Norwood v. Harrison and other Supreme Court precedents, government cannot use a private company to do something that the Constitution does not allow the government to do directly.

New York Supreme Court Orders NYC to Rehire, Pay Back Wages to Unvaccinated City Employees

The New York State supreme court has ordered New York City to rehire and pay back wages to government employees who were fired for refusing to get vaccinated against Covid-19.
David Chokshi, the city’s health commissioner, issued an order in October 2021 requiring all city employees to be inoculated against the virus. Later, Chokshi issued a similar order for private-sector employees; Mayor Eric Adams signed a supplementary executive order to that latter mandate carving out exemptions for athletes, musicians, and other performers.
The court deemed both Chokshi’s and Adams’s orders “arbitrary and capricious,” while also finding that Chokshi’s violated the New York State constitution.
“The Health Commissioner cannot create a new condition of employment for city employees, . . . cannot prohibit an employee from reporting to work . . . [and] cannot terminate employees. The Mayor cannot exempt certain employees from these orders,” reads the opinion, which was authored by Judge Ralph J. Porzio. Porzio noted that vaccination against Covid-19 does not prevent transmission of the disease, but noted that the decision “is not a commentary on the efficacy of vaccination.”
“If it was about safety and public health, no one would be exempt. It is time for the City of New York to do what is right and what is just,” concluded Porzio.
The city has already filed an appeal according to a spokesman for the law department, who said that “the city strongly disagrees with this ruling as the mandate is firmly grounded in law and is critical to New Yorkers’ public health.”

Study: COVID vaccine injures heart in ALL recipients:
A Swiss study found elevated levels of the protein troponin in all of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine recipients it analyzed, indicating the shots are routinely causing heart injury. Further, up to 1 in 27 of the vaccinated people in the study showed levels associated with subclinical myocarditis, the British website Daily Sceptic reported.
Dr. Vinay Prasad, a hematologist-oncologist and professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of California San Francisco, analyzed the Swiss study on his podcast.
He explained that troponin is a type of protein found in the muscles of the heart. Troponin isn’t normally found in the blood, but when heart muscles become damaged, troponin enters the bloodstream.
Prasad said the Swiss study shows that nearly everyone who receives the COVID-19 vaccine is getting a little heart damage and some much more.

How Is This Legal? Scientists In London Lab Just Created A Mutant Super Strain of COVID And It’s Reportedly Lethal:
British scientists have reportedly deliberately created deadly hybrid Covid strains in a university lab in London. Twenty scientists at the Imperial College in London infected hamsters with mutant viruses including strains of the original coronavirus and parts of Omicron or Delta, according to the Daily Mail.
Imperial College maintains the tax-payer-funded study was safe and that scientists adhered to British regulations while conducting the trial and denies that the work constitutes gain-of-function.
Dr. Richard Ebright, a molecular biology expert at Rutgers University, warns the experiment could ignite another pandemic wave.
“At least four labs on two continents now have construed non-natural, lab-generated viruses that retain the high immune escape of Omicron and acquire higher severity than Omicron and that, as such, are reasonably expected to increase transmission or pathogenicity in humans,” Ebright noted on Twitter.
Scientists should be prohibited from creating viruses in labs without oversight, Ebright warns. “This should be a wake-up call,” he noted. “If the world wishes to avoid new pandemics caused by lab-generated pathogens, then it is urgently necessary to restrict-high-risk, low-benefit research that creates enhanced potential pandemic pathogens and to implement effective national oversight with force of law.”
The study by scientists at the British university comes after scientists at Biocontainment Laboratory at Boston University conducted a similar experiment, creating a deadly new hybrid Covid strain with an 80 percent kill rate in mice by combining Omicron and the original Wuhan Covid strain.
When mice trialed in the study were infected with the virus comprised of spike proteins extracted from Omicron, the structure that binds to and invades human cells, and the original Covid strain, 100 percent of them died.

Outrageous! FDA Backtracks During Trial and Now Claims ‘Not Taking Ivermectin for COVID-19’ was Merely a Recommendation:
In December 2021, the FDA warned Americans not to use Ivermectin that “is intended for animals” to treat or prevent COVID-19. This was a very controversial statement at the time since the FDA pushed the drug on African migrants back in 2015 and the drug was praised in several scientific journals.
There have been over 93 scientific studies on Ivermectin that showed significant benefits in treating COVID-19 in its early stages. The science is undeniable. Despite this, the US government condemned its use for COVID-19.
During a recent hearing, government lawyers argued that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was only giving advice and it was not mandatory when it told people to “stop” taking Ivermectin for COVID-19.
The Nov. 1 hearing in federal court in Texas was for a complaint made by three doctors who claim the FDA’s statements on ivermectin, an anti-parasitic that has shown positive benefits in some trials against COVID-19, violated their constitutional right to practice medicine, Epoch Times reported.
“The cited statements were not directives,” said Isaac Belfer, one of the lawyers. “They were not mandatory. They were recommendations. They said what parties should do. They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful. They also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin.”
The lawsuit claims that FDA actions violated the law by interfering with the doctors’ ability to practice medicine and used the wonder drug “Ivermectin” against Covid-19. The three plaintiffs in the case are Dr. Paul Marik of Virginia, Dr. Mary Bowden of Texas, and Dr. Robert Apter of Arizona.
“Can you understand the toll that that takes that I have young patients – young patients in the 30s and 40s, who I had to watch die – while the hospital prevented me from giving them the treatment I thought was in their best interest,” says Dr. Marik in 2021.
The Nobel prize-winning, anti-parasitic drug, which has been deployed against some of the world’s most devastating tropical diseases, is far safer than the potentially lethal, experimental Covid vaccines, the Texas doctor argued.
Dr. Meryl Nass, a Maine doctor with more than 40 years of experience cannot practice after her medical license was suspended for ‘spreading Covid misinformation’ and treating Covid patients with Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine.

WASHINGTON — Dr. Anthony Fauci, the public face of the nation’s COVID-19 response, delivered one final message Tuesday before he retires at the end of the year.
“Please for your own safety and for that of your family, get your updated COVID-19 shot as soon as you’re eligible,” Fauci said.
Fauci, set to step down as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser, addressed reporters at the White House press briefing room for what’s expected to be the final time.

The death among vaccinated people is increasing due to the waning efficacy of Covid vaccines and “increasingly contagious strains of the virus being spread to elderly and immunocompromised people” among those who have taken at least one vaccine dose.

just a little prayer request, we are pretty sure we have it for the 2nd time this year – hubby’s had fever & cough 3 days (cycle of better then worse)- i seem to be mostly ok so far this time- just would love a few silent prayers sent up if you read this from my brothers & sisters in Christ for soon healing for my best friend/husband for an end to all infection in his body and protection from damage (& while you are at it healing for his leg/hip) & me to be all the way well & daughter to stay well – thanks in advance (may not be back on here a while again)…also a praise for God’s healing of my mom & stepdad (in their mid-late 70s from it recently, too (we weren’t around them)….I think all of us watching Believers are longing for our glorified bodies!

Will be praying grateful
We’ve experienced the same for the first time! Dan has had the cough for over three weeks. ER said to use the Day and NyQuil syrups which helped to some degree for sleeping. But lately I’ve been giving him garlic, green tea, an online elixir, ACV hot drink with honey, and he has been using a strong salt water solution to gargle. These have really helped to calm that cough. Hoping the same for your husband if you try these.

Renowned Oncologist Sends Urgent Letter Calling to End COVID Vaccine Program Immediately as Cancers and other Diseases Are Rapidly Progressing in ‘Boosted’ People:
Dr. Angus Dalgleish, a renowned oncologist practicing in the UK, recently wrote an open letter to the editor-in-chief of the medical journal The BMJ, urging the journal to “make valid informed consent for COVID vaccination a priority topic” because cancers and other diseases are rapidly progressing among “boosted” people.
Angus George Dalgleish, 72, is a professor of oncology at St George’s, University of London, best known for his contributions to HIV/AIDS research and is one of the most sought-after doctors in London.
As reported by RAIR Foundation, “The cancer specialist of more than 30 years writes that the link between Covid vaccine and “blood clots, myocarditis, heart attacks, and strokes is now well accepted, as is the link with myelitis and neuropathy.”
However, there is now another reason to halt all vaccine programmes. As a practising oncologist I am seeing people with stable disease rapidly progress after being forced to have a booster, usually so they can travel.
Dr. Dalgleish sent an urgent letter to Kamran Abbasi, the editor-in-chief of the British Medical Journal (BMJ). I am experienced enough to know that these are not the coincidental anecdotes that many suggest, especially as the same pattern is being seen in Germany, Australia and the USA.
The reports of innate immune suppression after mRNA for several weeks would fit, as all these patients to date have melanoma or B cell-based cancers, which are very susceptible to immune control – and that is before the reports of suppressor gene suppression by mRNA in laboratory experiments. This must be aired and debated immediately.
According to a recent study published on the Harvard website, there is a dramatic rise in cancer in people under 50. “A study by researchers from Brigham and Women’s Hospital reveals that the incidence of early onset cancers — including breast, colon, esophagus, kidney, liver, and pancreas — has dramatically increased around the world.”

just dropping in to praise the Lord for answered prayers for covid healing for hubby and me and protection from it for daughter! it was wonderful & encouraging to know y’all would pray & was so happy to be able to tell my hubby you would- he felt so much better the next morning & although i did get really sick, too, i am so much better now! & kolleen i will pray for complete healing from the coughing- we do both still have that- mine was awful last nite (even w/ a prescription numbing pill i had left over from last time- i can’t use the regular cough syrups), so i will try the ACV & garlic & all this evening (i thought of the salt water gargle once then forgot- definitely could help…been doing lots of other things and so thankful not to run fever today like yesterday- this time around has actually been worse than in january but for a shorter time- other than cough/throat irritation…) Anyway, thanks for “listening” and for any and all prayers! God is good and allowing stuff like this sure helps us to be more thankful when we feel well after feeling terrible…I know He strengthens out faith in many ways and asking y’all for prayer & having that assurance is a real faith builder while we are learning to endure… James 1:2-4….soooo ready for our glorified bodies!

Gratefulforgrace and for any interested, this is the elixir recipe:
1 cup hot water
Mix in 2 teaspoons honey and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 lemon or 1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Olive OilDid it that way a couple times but later added honey to taste, and also 1 T. of ACV

Just saw an article on mainstream media that: people who skipped their C19 shots are more likely to get into car accidents.
I was too angry to click on the link to read what they are saying.
we know people who got the vax got into car accidents because all of a sudden they didn’t have feeling in their legs, passed out………………
they have to turn everything around and make it sound like the unvaxed are getting these problems.
What reasons could they possibly give for unvaxed having car accidents?
Another thought: this just in time for winter! people are more worried about car accidents in the winter, so hurry and get the vax if you haven’t already?

On November 14, 2022, Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) strongly recommended that residents of Ontario wear masks in indoor spaces in order to protect vulnerable people, including children, from respiratory viruses.
The CMOH also acknowledged a large influx of admissions to children’s hospitals in recent weeks, which has contributed to a significant strain on the health system.
Although no mask mandate is currently in place, the CMOH is encouraging everyone to wear masks in all indoor public settings.
The College will continue to monitor advice and recommendations from the CMOH and will share any additional information on our website and social media channels.

Before Covid was ever a thing, in the hospital masks were only worn in surgery to protect the open wound, if we were caring for a TB patient or a patient with a multi drug resistant respiratory bacteria, or the patient would wear one if there immunity was extremely low from cancer or chemo……that was it, we didn’t wear masks for flu or pneumonia or colds or anything else. So in the general hospital setting it was rare to see someone with a mask on. I think that a wet, moist or dirty mask is the most dangerous thing anyone can have on their face, it basically aerosolizes any bacteria or viral exposure directly to one’s nose and mouth. I also feel as though the immune systems of people in general have been greatly compromised by wearing masks and staying away from others and the public. It’s almost as if doctors have forgotten how the immune system works……the idea is to get lots of micro exposure by being around people so that your immune cells can isolate and recognize foreign cells and build an immune response to it and protect you. But they advise the opposite, which may be their goal anyway especially since they don’t follow their own advice.

Heidi, if you have to wear a mask, try to have a few you can change out throughout the day to make sure it is dry and then if they are reusable- wash in hot water and dry on hot heat. Gargle with listerine or antibacterial scope every evening, keep some vitamins around- C and zinc. Most importantly trust the Lord in all things for He who has started a good work in you will see it through to completion regardless of the plans of the enemy.

It is just sad – I believe the Lord is protecting His own who were forced to be vaxxed or lose their livelihood, but overall, the military, football players, all kinds of sportspeople, employee’s, college students and schoolchildren were forced in to it! It’s reported that in the millions have died and are dying. Announcers in various fields, children, those in sports, those exercising, those just sleeping, going about everyday life, are just dying suddenly, right there on camera, or in the news, daily. It is no respecter of persons – from those in the limelight, to beautiful innocent children!

The authors concluded that “COVID vaccine hesitancy is associated with significant increased risks of a traffic crash. An awareness of these risks might help to encourage more COVID vaccination.”

Let me start by saying I take no pleasure in writing this article today, and encourage Christians everywhere to pray that Damar Hamlin makes a full recovery. What happened to him on Monday Night Football was horrific from his perspective, and terrifying from our perspective. Damar Hamlin is only 24 years old and in peak physical condition, why on earth would his heart give out during a routine play he has trained for years to make? Sadly, as shocking as last night’s game was, this is a scene that has been playing out all over the world during the past year, young people dying suddenly, what could be causing it? The official line is that he sustained a ‘hit to the heart’ that disrupted his rhythm. Hmm. Maybe so, but that doesn’t explain all this, does it?

I was watching that game when it happened. All the players were really shook up. I’ve been a football fan all of my life and the only time I’ve seen anything like it was back in the seventies when a player with the Detroit Lions fell dead on the field of a heart attack. This is the first time in modern history that we’ve seen anyone collapse on the field like that. They have a reasonable explanation for it and I can see how it might be so but can someone explain why the US gov’t has set up an outpost near the hospital where Hamlin, an athlete not a politician, is being treated?
