As we speak of the last of things, my mind wanders to the last soul that receives Christ prior to the Rapture!

Our perspective has always been, we can’t wait for him/her as they delay our departure!

But from the perspective of that lone person can you imagine the sense of God’s grace that will accompany that person eternally?!

Knowing that God himself stayed the receiving of His bride but for him!  Quite a distinction to be bestowed!  And a wonderous show of God’s personal love!

      WOW!

Yes, I think that last believer will have a special seat next to Jesus so nobody can tease him/her to death.   “The last shall be first in line to sit down at the Marriage Feast table in that honored place” B-)

I do wonder how some people across the globe are going to survive the entire tribulation staying under the grid …. especially those who don’t make it to Petra, Jordan?   Will the polar shift make it so there are no longer any more harsh cold winters?  I can see the Lord sending down Manna from heaven to all the regions where those who refuse the mark will be hiding out and perhaps angels will be assigned to dropping down some bottled water since there will be a major drought (isn’t Elijah going to cause it not to rain for 3 1/2 years?)  and whatever is left of the drinking water will turn to blood.

Geri, some won’t, other by design! It is truly going to be horrible. My heart is very heavy for them, but my spirit is encouraged that we will leave soon.

<li style=”text-align: left;”>Let us capture the comfort of the Holy Spirit and therefore be comforted!

As my great granddaughter is comforted in my arms, then shall I be comforted in His!

I have a special place, a niche, a sheltered place of peace and comfort in my Father. I can not tell whether He leads me or I go there but there is no better place than this, no sweeter feeling. He is so Good and Wonderful :thankyou  I can not wait until we will be with Him forever and ever!

TR, what a great perspective about the last redeemed Gentile.

Our God is a God of Grace. I’ve been reading Numbers, and when it is mentioned of “resting His countenance upon you,” that is one of the most profound verses in the Bible.

Just think of it…our beautiful, omniscient, omnipotent God, He who binds the infinite expanse of creation together through His presence, decides to rest His very countenance upon you. In other words, through His grace and kindness, imparts that PEACE to you (Romans 5:1-2). He makes you aware of your standing in Him. That is grace, kindness, friendship, Lordship, you name it.

It makes me wonder what Heaven will be like for us. Who is man that He would regard us so very much?

And to think God made the angels first and yet He still wanted to create man as well.  I wonder how much time passed from the creation of the angels until this event … “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul” Genesis 2:7

And the love of God is so great for Him to want to redeem us back into the family vs. the fallen angels … they do not get a 2nd chance.

      1. Beautiful song!

Geri9, indeed the Angel’s were neither offered forgiveness nor His heart!  Which speaks of His heart towards us!

Is this because we alone were made in His image and likeness?  Which also speaks to our favored status as children of God!
