Another example of how quickly things are moving.   Cuban was saying that we need to do more for people to help those who are struggling and we need to do it now.  One of his suggestions is:

“To do that, he explained, we have to have a transitional jobs program that trains and hires millions of people for a federal tracking/tracing/testing program, along with support for at-risk populations. “

Interesting in that the article title is focused on “we need to get $1000 stimulus checks every two weeks to families”….  It sounds good from the start of the article but then turns dark.   “Millions of people to track and trace”?   Really Mark really?

      Lunacy.

I have a proposal for Mark Cuban.  Try this with your own wealth, passing out money, and see how long it’s sustainable.

Turning America into a socialist place … yet the irony they want us to remain anti-social with 6 ft apart at all times.

At the little grocery store yesterday I felt like big brother was watching … no more music … instead every 10 minutes the announcements were “attention shoppers, please abide the store rules and remain 6 ft apart …”  “attention shoppers, please obey the one way arrow aisles …”

I was at Costco on Friday and the same thing Geri — the announcement about social distancing.   Its like we stepped into a bad science fiction movie.   The good news I know how it ends :-)

I can see them giving everyone stimulus money for the next 6 months and then when the mark of the Gates vaccine comes out they’ll tell people to take it or you won’t get any more stimulus money.

Rod Sterling would be so proud! The difference currently is when people remove the mask, they still have a face….in the Twight Zone — no faces behind the masks. Ou- do-do-do!

Another point of leverage is cutting off all government assistance and prescription meds!

Their methodology seems to be the carrot first, then the whip!  TR

Agree with you’all – when I heard the proposed legislation to provide every adult with 2,000 a month plus 1,000 per month per child – that is likely more than most people make in their regular jobs.   A family of 4 gets 6,000 for doing nothing.  Why go back to work?   Those people stop working and they stop producing as they make more not working.  No people producing goods and services there becomes shortages and rampant inflation.   Then like a drug – people are hooked on the no work lots of money plan and then they tell you if you want to receive your check you have to get on this train and don’t worry about where its going and those smoke stacks in the distant are just nothing.   History repeats itself.

Yeah, won’t work for folks like me. That would be a financial crunch, I have no kids at home and 2000 a month would be a big problem, I’ve been blessed to be a hospital executive and a adjunct prof. I would lose my home and life as I know it. Even if both my husband and my mom (who lives with us) received an income, we would lose. Well, I always knew change was inevitable but wow!
Do they not realize that even if they make such an offer, folks will not be satisfied… Proverbs 27:20 “Sheol and Abaddon are never satisfied, and never satisfied are the eyes of man.”

The arrogance of all these types is gagging!  Their arrogance will soon turn into eternal anger!  TR
