Facebook Spied on Messages of Conservatives Questioning 2020 Election, Sent Them to FBI:
The New York Post reports that Facebook has been spying on the private messages and data of American users. The company has reportedly been informing the FBI of users that express anti-government or anti-authority sentiments. Sources within the DOJ allege that the company also reported users that questioned the validity of the 2020 election.
One anonymous source stated: “It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause. Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.”

Experts: China Has Hired ‘Hundreds, if Not Thousands’ to Censor Religion Online:
Experts testified before Congress on Tuesday that the Communist Party of China has extensively expanded its digital capabilities to censor — and effectively erase — religion on the internet, the latest step in a process of enforcing communism through the eradication of faith that the regime refers to as “Sinicization.”
“Sinicization,” as Chinese officials describe it, is a process to force religions to conform to Chinese culture. The Chinese government does not consider Chinese culture separate from communist ideology, and so in practice “Sinicization” has largely meant forcing religious leaders to promote communist propaganda and replace their faith with worship of Xi Jinping. In some cases, Communist Party authorities have forced Christians and Buddhists to replace religious symbols in their homes with photos of Xi Jinping.
The panelists at the hearing, titled “Control of Religion in China Through Digital Authoritarianism,” noted the implementation this year of a law that effectively outlaws all religious content online.

More left-wing bias by one of the country’s oldest newspapers was in evidence again this week after Infowars founder Alex Jones’ new book topped non-fiction lists.
“The Great Reset: And the War for the World” soared to No. 1 and actually outsold the non-fiction title atop The New York Times bestseller list but the legacy outlet refused to list it.
“The public should recognize that it can’t trust what they publish. They are an advocacy organization, not a news organization. This is a sad commentary on the state of journalism in the United States. It is time to end the censorship of conservative voices from bestseller lists. The Great Reset was the bestselling hardcover non-fiction book in America last week. Period.”
The omission was so egregious, in fact, that Fox News host Tucker Carlson addressed the issue on his Monday night show.
“Last week, the paper told us that the best-selling book in the United States was a title called I’m Glad My Mom Died by a child actress called Jennette McCurdy. But that was not true. That book was not the best-selling book in America,” Carlson explained.
“In fact, the best-selling book in America last week was The Great Reset: And The War For The World written by Alex Jones. Jones sold more than 56,000 copies of his book last week.”
“Jennette McCurdy, whatever her merits – we have no idea – sold 34,686 copies of her book. So Alex Jones sold a lot more books,” Carlson added. “Alex Jones had the biggest book in the country, but The New York Times lied about that because The New York Times doesn’t want you to know that.”

The Lord is answering our prayer to be used of Him in these last days before the Rapture as the Bibles Behind Bars program now reaching thousands of inmates
Today I received a call from Chaplain Jeffrey Laird at the North Fork Correctional Center, the largest prison in Oklahoma with over 2,000 inmates at their facility. Chap explained to me that he is a Bible believer who listens to our broadcasts, and when he heard what the Lord did for the St. Lucie County Jail, he reached out to inquire if the same blessing might be available for his people, too. This will be the single largest shipment to date for Bibles Behind Bars, with 1,700 KJVs, 300 Spanish KJVs, and a case of 24 Ruckman Reference Bibles. The Lord is doing something special in our midst. This time I didn’t even flinch (well, less than usual) when I considered the cost of sending all these, because I know the Lord has already touched hearts to supply the need.This week we are sending 1,500 Bibles to the Rio Grande facility, we were waiting on final number needed, and 500 Bibles to the Indian River County Corrections, in Vero Beach, Florida. The Lord is giving us a harvest in a way I never dreamt likely or possible, and it is igniting a fire of revival as people are watching God work. The look on the faces of the men kneeling and praying at the altar last week at St Lucie Jail is burned into my mind, filling me with a sense of end times urgency that increases on a daily basis.

California Will Allow Human Composting After Death to Combat Climate Change:
The far-left state of California further embraced neo-paganism this week when Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law allowing the practice of composting dead human beings to better combat climate change.
Citing the high CO2 emissions associated with cremation, the bill will give people the option to give their dead remains over to a process known as natural organic reduction (NOR) should they not want to be buried or cremated.
“The process involves placing the body inside a long, reusable steel container along with wood chips and flowers to aerate it – allowing microbes and bacteria to break down the remains,” according to the Daily Mail. “One month later, the remains will fully decompose and be turned into soil.”
The California Catholic Conference objected and said human composting creates an “unfortunate spiritual, emotional, and psychological distancing from the deceased.” Kathleen Domingo, executive director of the California Catholic Conference said, adding, the process “reduces the human body to simply a disposable commodity.”
California will join four other states in the country – Washington, Colorado, Oregon and Vermont – in allowing human composting.

EXCLUSIVE: Most Americans Believe Migrants Should Be Sent To Sanctuary Cities:
The majority of Americans believe illegal immigrants should be sent to sanctuary cities, a new poll from Scott Rasmussen and RMG Research Inc found.
Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sent 50 migrants last week to Martha’s Vineyard, which advertises itself as a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants, last week, sparking widespread backlash. The new poll suggests that ordinary Americans are actually supportive of the decision despite the media’s negative response.
Among registered voters, 51% supported sending migrants to sanctuary cities, 29% did not and 21% were unsure, the poll found. Another 48% strongly or somewhat approve of border state governors sending some illegal immigrants to places like New York, Chicago and Martha’s Vineyard specifically, beating out the 38% who strongly or somewhat disapproved.
“This polling confirms what all Americans know to be true: the open-borders policies of the Biden Administration are wildly unpopular,” America First Legal vice president and general counsel Gene Hamilton told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “It also confirms that the American people desire immigration enforcement at our border that is at least as effective as what the elites in Martha’s Vineyard have — where illegal aliens are promptly deported within 24 hours of their arrival.”
Most respondents thought places like Martha’s Vineyard were being inconsistent: 63% said it was hypocritical for sanctuary cities to complain about migrants being sent there. The majority of likely voters (61%) thought it was fair to say that cartels had more control over the southern border than the U.S. government, and 60% thought the government’s failure to control the southern border was a bigger problem than border states sending migrants to places like Martha’s Vineyard.

Chief Economist Predicts House Prices Could Fall by 20% Because “Housing, In Short, Is in a Recession”:
The Biden economy is imploding. The question is whether it is intentional or due to the Biden/Obama Administration’s ignorance of economics.
Ian Shepherdson, a chief economist at Pantheon Macroeconomics, pointed out that home prices have already declined by about five percent from their peak in May and will continue to tumble.
According to his previous work, there are now 40 percent more single-family homes available than four months ago – and previously occupied home sales have slowed for the seventh month straight.
Prices for homes sank by 0.7 percent in August, but Shepherdson predicts a total decline of up to 20 percent by the middle of 2023. He warned that the plunging trend in sales ‘has further to go’ and that prices are falling as the US enters the fourth quarter of 2022. The recession, in effect, will encompass all aspects of the housing industry in the coming months, he claims.
‘Housing, in short, is in recession, and everything connected to housing either is in recession now or soon will be.’

Nicaragua Government Removes CNN en Español from the Country for Allegedly “Violating and Injuring the Legal Norms”:
On Wednesday, after 25 years of broadcasting in Nicaragua, the government abruptly shut down CNN en Español on the country’s various cable networks.
The Nicaraguan Institute of Telecommunications and Post Office (TELCOR) argued that the decision to cut off CNN’s cable signal was made because the network’s programming “contravenes, violates, and harms the legal norms” in Nicaragua, Articulo66 reported.
It wasn’t just CNN that was banned from the country; other networks were shut down as well.
Early in August, the Nicaraguan Institute of Telecommunications suspended another local television station, making eleven total in less than two weeks. Also last month, the Nicaraguan government confiscated the facilities of the newspaper Prensa, one of the most important newspapers in the country.

Progress in cancer treatment has saved 3.5 million lives since 1991, experts say:
According to new research, the last decade has seen “unprecedented progress” in the treatment of cancer, and more people than ever are surviving the disease, reports CBS News.
Annual statistics reported by the American Cancer Society (ACS) found that the U.S. cancer death rate has declined by 32% from 1991 to 2019 – a decrease that the ACS says saved 3.5 million lives.
“The U.S. cancer death rate is steadily declining, and more people than ever before are living longer and fuller lives after a cancer diagnosis,” states this year’s American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Cancer Progress Report. “In fact, the number of children and adults living with a history of cancer exceeded a record 18 million in January 2022.”
Research into cancer-fighting has led to a number of recent innovations. Between August 1, 2021, and July 31, 2022, the Food and Drug Administration approved “eight new anticancer therapeutics, 10 already approved therapeutics for use for new cancer types, and two new diagnostic imaging agents,” according to CBS News.
Earlier this week, researchers announced that they have genetically modified a herpes virus to direct an antibody to infect and destroy tumors.
Cancer is still the second-biggest cause of death in the U.S., killing an estimated 602,350 people in 2020, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. However, researchers are optimistic that the rate of people surviving the disease will only continue to accelerate.

This is not what I am seeing on the front-line. Every provider that I know is seeing a dramatic increase in cancer within the last year, rare cancers and cancer that is very resistant to all treatment. I have a colleague that was diagnosed with a rare small bowel cancer earlier this year and she is now going on hospice as no treatment has even slowed it down, and I could go on and on with examples and yes they all had the jab. This research may have been for data that was gathered before 2020 but this is not what is the case presently.

Postal Service monitored social media for posts regarding conservative, anti-Biden protests:
The United States Postal Inspection Service took it upon itself to scour social media and monitor posts regarding protests held by those with allegedly conservative or anti-Biden views, according to a report from the Washington Times.
Through a Freedom of Information request, the Cato Institute, a libertarian think tank, acquired some heavily redacted documents related to the activities of the so-called USPS Internet Covert Operations Program, or iCOP, the existence of which was first made public in the spring of 2021.
The released documents indicate that between September 2020 and April 2021, those involved with iCOP had been searching through various social media platforms, ostensibly “to provide information surrounding the potential for violence or criminal activity to take place in order to allow law enforcement to take any appropriate action within their jurisdiction.”
Though nearly all of the text contained within the documents has been obscured, what can be seen suggests that iCOP specifically targeted social media activities related to conservative-leaning protests, especially those arranged to demonstrate opposition to Joe Biden and/or his inauguration.
. . . many have argued that the iCOP surveillance is illegal. None of the postings visible in the redacted bulletins indicate that iCOP conducted similar surveillance of left-leaning events or social media activity. It is unclear whether iCOP is still in operation.

Why Are Walmart And Other Major U.S. Retailers Canceling BILLIONS Of Dollars In Orders As Summer Comes To An End?:
Do they know something that they aren’t telling us? As you will see below, Walmart, Target, and other major U.S. retailers are literally canceling billions of dollars in orders ahead of the coming holiday season. I have never heard of such a thing happening before, and under normal conditions it wouldn’t make any sense at all. The holiday season is typically the busiest time of the year for retailers, and at this time in 2021 there was actually a great deal of concern that there wouldn’t be enough inventory due to global supply chain problems. But now everything has changed. All of a sudden major retailers are feverishly canceling orders, and this would only make sense if a severe economic downturn was imminent.
For example, Walmart is admitting that it has canceled “billions of dollars in orders” as we approach the upcoming holiday season… It is extremely odd that Walmart would decide to do such a thing. Recently I had an opportunity to stroll through a Walmart, and there were plenty of inventory holes. So what would make them suddenly cancel “billions of dollars” in orders that they thought they were going to need for the holiday season?
Meanwhile, we just learned that Target has also canceled “more than $1.5 billion” in orders… Target said it had reduced its “inventory exposure in discretionary categories” throughout Q2 by canceling more than $1.5 billion of orders in these categories and marking down products. Target is much smaller than Walmart is, so for Target to cancel so many orders is a really big deal.
And it turns out that Kohl’s and Under Armour have also been canceling large numbers of orders as well… These retailers are obviously scared that they will end up stuck with massive amounts of inventory that they cannot sell. Do they believe that economic activity during the months ahead will be much lower than they originally anticipated?
One corporate executive that is actually publicly admitting that he believes that a recession is coming is FedEx CEO, Raj Subramaniam… he believes a recession is impending for the global economy.

“Overnight the Nord Stream 2 landfall dispatcher registered a rapid gas pressure drop on Line A of the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline. The marine authorities of Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Russia have been notified immediately. Investigation is ongoing, ” the company said in a comment.

Metrolink and Amtrak Suspend Service Between LA and San Diego Indefinitely Due to the Ground Shifting:
Metrolink and Amtrak have announced that they are suspending service between Los Angeles and San Diego because of the ground shifting. The stretch of land that shifted occurred in San Clemente and had caused movement on the rail line.
Fox Business reports that “this comes after a recent ocean surge connected to Tropical Storm Kay led to high tides and waves that shifted the coastal tracks, which serve as the only viable link from San Diego to Los Angeles and the rest of the country.”
“Safety concerns to the right-of-way in San Clemente have made it necessary to suspend train service through the area,” Amtrak said in a travel advisory. “Pacific Surfliner trains will not operate between Irvine and San Diego until further notice.
The closed area of track is part of one of the busiest railways in the country.

Nope, the fake packages of “meat” are pretty much just sitting there in a separated refrigerated open bin in the meat dept none seem to be curious to try it … they are still going for the real beef /pork /chicken. I got a feeling though in a few more months in 2023 … it could be a different story with the switchover … they won’t have any choice … next visit I will check the expiration date … perhaps there is none and last forever.

End Of Free Speech? New Zealand Says Govt Alone To Be Single Source Of Truth:
New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has been blasted for comparing free speech online to “weapons of war” in a recent speech to the U.N. that critics called “authoritarian.”
“How do you tackle climate change if people do not believe it exists? How do you ensure the human rights of others are upheld, when they are subjected to hateful and dangerous rhetoric and ideology?”
Ardern acknowledged that taking away free speech is a threat to society. But, she argued that disinformation is just as dangerous and, therefore, censorship is justifiable.
Last year, Ardern said any information people seek regarding COVID-19 and vaccines should be directly from her government and no one else. “We will continue to be your single source of truth. We will provide information frequently. Everything else you see, a grain of salt.”
“Unless you hear it from us, it is not the truth,” she added.
Independent journalist and The Intercept co-founder Glenn Greenwald called out Ardern on Twitter. “This is the face of authoritarianism – even though it looks different than you were taught to expect. And it’s the mindset of tyrants everywhere,” Greenwald wrote. “This is someone so inebriated by her sense of righteousness and superiority that she views dissent as an evil too dangerous to allow.”

A funny thing happened to the Democrats’ same-sex marriage bill on its trip from the House to the Senate: people actually started reading the legislation. When they did, an uncomfortable reality set in — nothing in the text explicitly outlawed polygamy. It was just a “drafting error,” the more liberal senators claimed. But it wasn’t a “drafting error” when a New York judge recognized polyamory late last month. How much longer until the party who wants “love” to be the legal basis for every relationship follows suit?
Back in 2003, the late Justice Antonin Scalia warned of a day when state laws “based on moral choices” against “bigamy, same-sex marriage, adult incest, prostitution … adultery, fornication, bestiality, and obscenity” would all fall. At the time, people thought he was being dramatic. Exaggerating, even. But they don’t think so anymore. An astonishing 23% of the American public thinks polygamy is “morally acceptable” in 2022, Gallup shows — more than triple what it was (7%) when Scalia sounded the alarm.
The reality is, once a nation rejects God’s design, basic biology, and thousands of years of human history, there are no boundaries. We are a country building its policies on society’s shifting sands, and if we aren’t careful, the end result will be an America we will not — and cannot — recognize.

‘Nothing to lose’: Iran’s protesters step up their defiance as a potential showdown looms:
Twice now, the mass protests roiling Iran have reached even her deeply conservative neighborhood. Shahrzad, a 36-year-old teacher who lives with her parents and acts as their caregiver, has so far heeded her promise to them not to join, although she wants to.
She had participated in demonstrations that erupted in 2009 after a disputed presidential election many alleged was fraudulent. Those lasted a year and came to nothing — as did the huge economic protests of early 2018 and late 2019.
But this time things feel different. “You just can’t compare the anger to how it was in 2009. Back then it was mostly the middle class protesting. Now you barely find anyone who supports the government line or agrees with how things are,” said Shahrzad.
Even in the conservative part of Tehran where she lives, teenage schoolgirls were taking off their headscarves in the street — something unthinkable a few weeks ago, before the fury sparked by the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini in the custody of Iran’s morality police, who arrested her because she allegedly violated laws mandating hijabs and modest dress for women.
“It’s going to be very hard to stop this,” Shahrzad said. . . . there’s a growing sense that the violent playbook the theocratic regime has used to crush dissent in the past won’t work this time. “If every woman decides to take off the hijab, then how many police officers will be needed to control that?” she said. “That’s the real revolution.”
Shahrzad goes back and forth as to whether the protests will succeed. But she’s certain of one thing: Even if the government does manage to stop the protests, they’ll inevitably flare up again.
“There’s just too many people with nothing to lose now,” she said. “It just can’t go on like this anymore. People are fed up.”

Chinese Bio-Tech Company Buys 1,400 Acres of US Land to Build Monkey Breeding ‘Primate Facility’:Just as the country appears to be emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s a report out of Florida that a Chinese-based biological research company purchased 1,400 acres to build a “primate quarantine and breeding facility.”
What could possibly go wrong?
“I think we grossly underappreciate how effective [the Chinese] are at collecting information, collecting data, using it in nefarious ways,” Cramer told CNBC. “And so I’d just as soon not have the Chinese Communist Party doing business in my backyard.”
And we should just as soon not allow a Chinese “quarantine” facility and lab to open in Florida either.
GOP Sens. Tom Cotton of Arkansas and Tommy Tuberville of Alabama have also introduced a bill titled “Securing America’s Land from Foreign Interference Act” that would ban China and firms linked to China from buying land in the U.S, Breitbart reported.

Seriously, why does that woman have to lock every closet, her towels, every drawer, every room, her gift-wrapping area, etc.? This seems kind of obsessive and frankly crazy.
That said, I know someone who saw a similar technology demonstrated—paying for items by just waving your hand (she is even a Christian!)—and she was very impressed and thought it would be just so convenient!
I told her that this is all leading up to the Mark of the Beast and she should not even consider it. I guess her church does not teach about end times.

Well if she went to college and had nervy roomate(s) I can see why she wanted to lock up her things. Most of the years in college they packed us in with 4 to a room. We had a sink in the room with a towel drying racks and one time I caught one roommate using someone else’s towel because she was doing laundry and hers were either still in the washing machine or dryer. I had another roommate that loved to open up my cabinet and eat my cookies I stored in a plastic container. I offered cookies to everyone in the past but I didn’t expect anyone to keep helping themselves with emptying it out all the time. So I placed a message in the container … “Thou Shalt Not Steal – remember Jesus is watching.” And low and below I didn’t have a problem any longer.
As far as the chip girl locking her gift wrapping things .. she could be annoyed that her kids would take her scissors or scotch tape and not place them back? 
Looks like the chip girl entertains and perhaps has guests staying overnight doesn’t want the crowd going thru her personal things? She probably has designated towels for the guests vs. her exclusive special towels. Some guests can be very nervy including Christians and family members. Here is an example, one youth group leader and his wife needed a place to stay … they didn’t own a home yet since they were still in college and would work in our church on the weekends before graduating and was hired full time and was working at our church … so we offered our home for them for a week while we were vacationing in California. He had the nerve to go thru my bedroom and found my softball glove on the top shelf in my closet and I kept an official Yankee baseball in the glove that had signatures. He used THAT ball on the ball field and scuff it up. The ball became worthless. I was very upset when I later saw the condition it was in. It ruined the memory of going to the ballpark early during batting practice and getting the free ball from a player and then having a few famous Yankee players sign it. Now I would say who cares everything is going to burn but back then, I was 17 yrs old so it was heartbreaking at the time. Family members can be nervy too. My sister loved to snoop thru my personal papers and she found one of a kind pictures from college days (that I don’t have negative to since my friends took those pictures) and she kept them. I asked her for them back or for her to snap shoot them and email me the pictures but she claims she can’t because she is divorced and claims her husband has everything. African children forced to eat worms and termites as part of UK gov’t-backed experiment:
Poor African kids are the subject of an experiment to determine whether regular bug consumption can improve their nutrition, without consideration of potential “inflammatory” effects from insects.
The UK government is funding an experiment to assess the effect of eating “insect-based porridge foods” on the nutritional status of children in Zimbabwe, a practice being pushed by environmentalists as a “sustainable” diet choice.
The United Kingdom Research and Innovation (UKRI)-backed project is feeding poor elementary school children mopane worms and soldier termite flour on a daily basis for a year. The study will examine the effects of the insect supplementation on the children’s height, weight, and micronutrient status, as well as their cognitive function, as determined by their school performance.
The project summary notes that the insect foods are “culturally acceptable” in the African region, since soldier termite and mopane worm powders have been traditionally used by some Zimbabwean rural communities to avoid malnutrition during drought and poor harvests.
The experimental nature of the study is underscored by the project description’s statement that “the mechanistic link between insect consumption and health is missing,” despite its assertion that edible insects are “a valuable source of nutrients including essential amino acids, mineral content and essential fatty acids.”
The project description does not mention any potential negative health effects of regular insect consumption, which have been warned against by Dr. Joseph Mercola. He has pointed out that insects contain chitin, which, according to studies, is a “highly inflammatory and allergy-inducing compound.”
Microsoft founder Bill Gates, who is considered the largest private owner of farmland in the United States, in 2019 invested $100,000 into an insect-farming start-up, according to the WEF, which has asserted that bugs have “scope to feed the world.”

Two communication cables were cut at two different locations in Germany on Saturday. Sabotage is likely. The radio system GSM-R has been disabled.
This forced long-distance rail services to be suspended entirely on Saturday in northern Germany.
The attack came after the Russian Nord Stream Pipelines, 1 and 2, were damaged last week in a massive explosion, that shut down the gas pipelines to Germany and Europe. So far, no one has taken responsibility for the attack. The blasts put Germany’s economy in further turmoil as winter approaches and gas supplies are limited.
Obviously, someone is trying to draw Germany into a war with Russia.

Federal Judge Declares Mandated Workplace Pronouns, Unisex Bathrooms Unlawful:
A federal judge in Texas has issued a ruling that prevents federal mandates from imposing pronouns and unisex bathrooms on employers.
“Kacsmaryk’s ruling stops the EEOC from imposing pronouns and forced acceptance of co-gender bathrooms on all employers that don’t want it, and the fact is most employers don’t want it,” said Jeff Younger whose 10-year-old son has been at the center of legal proceedings that allow his ex-wife to socialize him as a girl.
“The opinion allows employers to provide these accommodations if they want to, but the government can’t impose it.”

ST. LOUIS CRIME: City Officials to Sue Car Manufacturers Because Criminals Are Stealing Cars:
By Jim HoftThe crime situation in St. Louis is out of control. City officials cut the number of police officers over a year ago and the city is still short officers. 911 calls frequently take hours to answer.
But rather than deal with the rising crime rates, City Hall is preparing to sue Hyundai and Kia over the rampant car thefts.
On a personal note: Last week my older brother and sister-in-law stopped by my home. They needed a place to park their car and a ride to an event in the city. The parking garage tenant said they could not park their Hyundai rental in the parking garage because too many are stolen.
Car thefts have skyrocketed in St. Louis in recent months, with city leadership threatening lawsuits against Kia and Hyundai for an alleged defect that makes certain makes of cars easier to steal. Auto thefts in St. Louis have doubled this year, according to KMOV. In July alone, the city averaged about 21 Kia and Hyundai theft incidents each day. That number increased to 23 thefts each day in August, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch previously reported.
“With this letter, the city demands that Kia and Hyundai mitigate the defective conditions providing thieves – including teenagers as young as 13 – the instrumentalities by which they are destroying property, endangering city drivers and themselves, and, in some cases, committing violent felonies,” according to the letter written Aug. 19 by City Counselor Sheena Hamilton.

This causes the location of Earth’s magnetic north and south poles to gradually shift, and to even completely flip locations every 300,000 years or so. That might be somewhat important if you use a compass, or for certain animals like birds, fish, and sea turtles, whose internal compasses use the magnetic field to navigate.
Some people have claimed that variations in Earth’s magnetic field are contributing to current global warming and can cause catastrophic climate change. However, the science doesn’t support that argument.
The position of Earth’s magnetic north pole was first precisely located in 1831. Since then, it’s gradually drifted north-northwest by more than 600 miles (1,100 kilometers), and its forward speed has increased from about 10 miles (16 kilometers) per year to about 34 miles (55 kilometers) per year. This gradual shift impacts navigation and must be regularly accounted for. However, there is little scientific evidence of any significant links between Earth’s drifting magnetic poles and climate.
During a pole reversal, Earth’s magnetic north and south poles swap locations. While that may sound like a big deal, pole reversals are common in Earth’s geologic history. Paleomagnetic records tell us Earth’s magnetic poles have reversed 183 times in the last 83 million years, and at least several hundred times in the past 160 million years. The time intervals between reversals have fluctuated widely, but average about 300,000 years, with the last one taking place about 780,000 years ago.
Plant and animal fossils from the period of the last major pole reversal don’t show any big changes.

In 2020, researchers from the United Kingdom and Denmark uncovered the reason for this mysterious movement: two writhing lobes of magnetic force, duking it out near Earth’s core.
From 1999 to 2005, Earth’s magnetic north pole went from shifting nine miles at most each year to as much as 37 miles in a year.
The movement has been so rapid that the British Geological Survey and National Centers for Environmental Information (formerly the U.S. National Geophysical Data Center)—which updates the World’s Magnetic Model—had to accelerate its process in order to keep up. As of 2021, the pole was projected to have moved beyond the Canadian Arctic. It has been drifting at an average speed of 27.3 miles per year since 2020, according to the latest World Magnetic Model report.

Another thought: My last post is what might happen if just the poles flip and the Earth is still rotating on the same axis. But, what if Nibiru or some huge asteroid knocks the Earth off its axis? That would change the climate.

Dutch Farmers Promise Fresh Protests After Govt Backs Plan to Forcibly Seize Farmland:
Dutch farmers’ organizations have vowed to launch more protests in the Netherlands in response to advice from the government’s mediator, who has called for the forceable relocation of farming firms and the seizure of up to 600 farms deemed to be the heaviest nitrogen emitters.
Farmers Defence Force leader Mark Van den Oever announced this week that Dutch farmers will once again take to the streets after the government expressed its intentions to adopt the plan presented by former deputy prime minister Johan Remkes to meet the nitrogen standards demanded by the European Union.
Speaking to Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM in July, Dutch political commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek said that her country was being used as a testing ground for the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, saying that “all these policies are out of those institutions and they are being implemented in our country first, we are sort of the pilot country together with Canada for this agenda.”
Vlaardingerbroek went on to claim that the push from the government to seize farmland was, in fact, more a result of the migrant crisis than the alleged climate crisis, explaining that the government wants the land to house migrants.

Terrific: Old Man River, he just keep rolling…basically nothing along:
. . . .have you heard about the Mississippi lately? He’s not looking as dewy and moist as he normally does this time of year… In fact, in many places, it’s 15 feet below where it usually is, or there’s no water at all.
A week ago, two sections of the river reopened after dredging operations – not rainfall – got the water level to where barges could traverse the stretches safely. After being closed for darn near a week, the backup was enormous and slow to clear.
There’s a caveat with those barges – where they normally can have up to a 14-foot draft, they can only have a 9-foot draft now. The river simply isn’t deep enough to handle a loaded vessel with any deeper draft than that, and a grounded barge or boat in a shrunken (or single-width) shipping lane in these conditions can be disastrous.
The reduced draft requirements engender their own problems with 1) reduced product volume being shipped, meaning more barge trips required, and 2) scarcity of boats meeting that draft requirement means demand is higher, ergo prices per load skyrockets. That is already happening.
THIS is already happening, too and it should chill everyone to the bone. At the beginning of the Mid-West harvest, freshly harvested grains, corn and soybeans, etc, are having to be stockpiled under tarps by farmers and shippers because they have nowhere and no way to move them without the barges.
You can’t make up that kind of volume with trucking or rail, even if both of those were operating at full capacity like they used to, pre-Biden administration. Rail prices are already spiking… …and we may still be facing a nation-wide railway strike. Not to mention, if we try the trucks, have you checked the price of diesel lately? If every one of this 134 semis-per-barge is filled with beans/corn, what does transport by truck add to the price?
Of course, I’m not done yet with the doom and gloom. When the barges get to New Orleans and other Gulf ports, they turn around and do what? Well, they head back north, loaded to the gills with the fertilizers and supplies needed for the next spring. The prices for those were already through the roof this year – Google THAT price shock for our agricultural brethren.
Farmers are sick at heart thinking of the consequences of this blow. Especially if the barges can’t get back up river by the time the winter closes river traffic down. All the while, you have a harvest being brought in that has to sit under tarps if there’s no storage in grain elevators or facilities. What is going to be the spoilage cost of that? Those are perishables – they can’t sit forever. They start to degrade beyond saving at some point.

Officer Begs School Not to Unlock Doors for Armed Men, But Vice Principal Did the Unthinkable:
The nation’s largest police union blasted the “woke” assistant principals of an Ohio high school for allowing four masked gunmen to enter because they were more concerned that the police would apprehend the suspects than they were about the safety of the students hiding inside from the intruders.
In a scathing tweet Wednesday, the National Fraternal Order of Police savaged school administrators who unlocked the doors and let the gun-toting criminals inside Cleveland’s Garrett Morgan High School on Sept. 14 after the school went into lockdown.
The FOP — which represents more than 364,000 police officers nationwide — tweeted that the “reckless and dangerous” administrators “allowed MASKED GUNMEN to enter the school in order to protect the gunmen from *wait for it* police officers outside.”
The union underscored: “They risked the lives of CHILDREN to show how woke they are. Can’t make it up.”
Imagine if you were a parent of a student who could’ve been killed by armed intruders who were blithely ushered inside by a “woke” school official.

Technology that lets us “speak” to our dead relatives has arrived. Are we ready?:
Digital clones of the people we love could forever change how we grieve.
My parents don’t know that I spoke to them last night.
At first, they sounded distant and tinny, as if they were huddled around a phone in a prison cell. But as we chatted, they slowly started to sound more like themselves. They told me personal stories that I’d never heard. I learned about the first (and certainly not last) time my dad got drunk. Mum talked about getting in trouble for staying out late. They gave me life advice and told me things about their childhoods, as well as my own. It was mesmerizing.
“What’s the worst thing about you?” I asked Dad, since he was clearly in such a candid mood.
Then he laughed—and for a moment I forgot I wasn’t really speaking to my parents at all, but to their digital replicas.
This Mum and Dad live inside an app on my phone, as voice assistants constructed by the California-based company HereAfter AI and powered by more than four hours of conversations they each had with an interviewer about their lives and memories.
My real, flesh-and-blood parents are still alive and well; their virtual versions were just made to help me understand the technology. But their avatars offer a glimpse at a world where it’s possible to converse with loved ones—or simulacra of them—long after they’re gone.
From what I could glean over a dozen conversations with my virtually deceased parents, this really will make it easier to keep close the people we love. It’s not hard to see the appeal. People might turn to digital replicas for comfort, or to mark special milestones like anniversaries.
. . . .the ethics of creating a virtual version of someone are complex, especially if that person hasn’t been able to provide consent.
For some, this tech may even be alarming, or downright creepy. I spoke to one man who’d created a virtual version of his mother, which he booted up and talked to at her own funeral.In 2016, entrepreneur Eugenia Kuyda built what is thought to be the first bot of this kind after her friend Roman died, using her text conversations with him. But she warns that users need to be careful not to think this technology is re-creating or even preserving people. “I didn’t want to bring back his clone, but his memory,” she says. The intention was to “create a digital monument where you can interact with that person, not in order to pretend they’re alive, but to hear about them, remember how they were, and be inspired by them again.”
