I would ask the RITAN family to keep a little friend (she is 9 and a church friend of one of my granddaughters) named Chloe in prayer. She has been diagnosed with an inoperable splenic (in the middle of the two halves) brain tumor. They are a family of believers and Chloe has such a dynamic, sweet spirit. She is also now confined to a shell brace due to a degeneration of the spine (not connected to the tumor). Chloe is adopted and her family history is unknown.
This is totally in God’s hands – Chloe may beat us all to heaven and will be waiting for us, unless the Father decides to grant a miracle of healing. The tumor is fast growing, it has doubled in size in less than 3 weeks. Please pray for her parents as they make decisions (there are some treatments to slow the growth but they are not without risks) and learn to walk a very hard path – that only Jesus can guide them through….. thank you for your commitment to pray for Chloe!
Father we ask for a miracle of healing for Chloe. Please choose to astound the medical community with your mercy and love for this little sister. Lord give grace, peace, and love to her and her parents right now! In Jesus name and for the glory of the Father …

I don’t have anything yet! I know Chloe’s mom and dad had a zoom meeting scheduled with the Duke team and they are in prayer for next steps. Chloe is not yet aware, so the sensitivity of timing is important. I am asking for a God miracle. In my world, it is sometimes a miracle for individuals to walk on streets of gold and no longer have the struggles of this life as they see Jesus. It is hard to pray for God’s Will with Chloe, but even in that there is surrender. I have pushed this request out to everyone I know — God please heal Chloe in a God way, so that many others will see your power over disease and illness, one more time. Please allow Chloe to be healed in order to fly with us in the Spring, in Jesus name and for Your glory!

I understand that Christ who was innocent took on the sins of the world! And the scriptures record His ever compassionate heart for healing and deliverance! That said, I still cannot reconcile how God allowing sickness, illness, disease and death for so many wee ones! Help thou my unbelief Lord, for I believe in You mercies and tender loving kindness! TR

It’s impossible for us to understand the secret ways of God but He did leave us a message that I think speaks to this.
2 Corinthians 12:3-4
3 And I know that this man (whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, God knows) 4 was caught up into paradise and heard things too sacred to be put into words, things that a person is not permitted to speak.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
16Therefore we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, yet our inner self is being renewed day by day. 17For our light and momentary affliction is producing for us an eternal glory that is far beyond comparison. 18So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.…
All I can say with complete conviction is that Heaven will make us forget about our trials here. God is bigger than we can imagine and so is His home, as are His ways. We must trust that He knows what He is doing even if we cannot.

Not forgetting that it is satan who is the god of this world, walking around on it, seeking who he may devour. He has come to kill, to steal, to destroy. And that’s just what he does!
We have to recognize the fruit and assign proper blame.
God’s fruit is love and Life. Healing, saving, providing and protecting. He knows the end from the beginning. He knows every situation and how the outcome of them can be affected by so many factors; faith or lack of it, binding and loosing as He tells us in the Word, whether one’s stand or give up praying, whether one’s believe God is responsible for everything for their unawareness of the Word, or whether they just don’t yet know God and do not believe there even is a devil, giving the enemy an open field, the less aware people are of God’s power to deliver.
God has given every tool in the Word, every instruction, every means to stand on, and He comes alongside in compassion, with direction as we seek Him. It is for people to know Him, to come along side Him. Believe in heartfelt faith hope and trust in what He has written, to embrace and implement what He has spoken according to His will.
He does know what will happen in the end for every situation, but it doesn’t mean He allowed every situation to have a loss. He wishes us to take hold of Him and His leading at every turn.
Sometimes He does allow loss so that His Name will be glorified and lifted up in it; because of it. Sometimes it’s man himself for the reasons mentioned. And much of the time, it’s just the devil!
But when there is loss beyond our understanding, we trust Him in all these things anyway.

So I just had an update on Chloe. Keep praying God is in the miracle business. Chloe’s parents had a zoom meeting this morning with 28 neurologist, neurosurgeon, pediatric neurologist and several other in the field of neuroscience surrounding tumors in children at John’s Hopkins.
It appears that Chloe’s tumor may have stopped growing. They are encouraged enough to wait for a new MRI in 6 weeks to do a comparison. They do not feel that chemo is the right path at this point.
Please keep praying that just as our Father healed the blind man, raised the dead, He will give us another miracle that will turn hearts toward Him. I have seen Him work miracles in lives and am trusting Him to do it again for His gloryThe scan on the left is the first one. You can see on the second one on the right the growth. It has stopped. So God be praised.
