Guys, sorry if this was previously addressed. I haven’t been a member for a super long time.
Are dreams permitted to be posted on the board?
I would add I am absolutely NOT a dreams-first believer, and nobody should be without strict adherence to Scripture, prayer, and the leading of the Spirit. Even still, it seems more believers are dreaming prophetic dreams. I had a doozy not long ago, myself, hence the reason for my question.
Again, if this was previously addressed, my apologies.

Well, I’ll share it with you guys. Again, I preface this by saying everything must be measured by Scripture.
I was with a multitude of other believers – not a huge number, but many.
We were in an open plain with the only structures around being rocks and cliffs in the distance. It was night – the blackest night you’d ever seen, except for stars and planets. It was as if we could see every star in the heavens God had made. The planets were HUGE on the horizon – most notably, Saturn and Jupiter. They were so big it was as if you could reach out and touch them.
The crowd had gathered together in anticipation of something about to happen. We were looking up into the sky when a bright vision appeared in the night. It appeared as an oil Renaissance painting of seven men in robes and sandals. The seventh man in front was being handed something by God the Father. His Face was of course shining and blank, as He has appeared to me in dreams before. It was implied in this dream that the seven men were in fact the seven historical churches and the man accepting this item from the Father was the Laodicean church. The image was bright and beautiful, shining like a stained glass window. Upon seeing it, the crowd started yelling, “It’s time! It’s time!”
Immediately after that, the dream transitioned to Jesus being crowned by the Father a bright crown of glory. He was wearing white robes with a white sash and looked like a more traditional interpretation of the Lord, as seen through history. He was smiling and confident and I only saw the Father’s arms this time, setting the crown upon His head. I could discern blue sky and clouds behind Him and in the dream it was implied as being the throne room.
When the crown had been placed, He started walking towards me…even more confident and deliberate than He’d looked a moment ago. At that sight, I heard the crowd behind me shouting “Time’s up! He’s here!”
Of course, at that point I woke up.
I have prayed for wisdom concerning the dream and it’s overwhelming to think about. I can glean elements of both the Rapture and the Second Coming from it, but I woke up with a sense of both urgency and awe (and gratefulness for the dream).

Cool dream, thanks for sharing and asking!
I see a very generic and appropriate rendering of what most of us subscribe to!
Firstly, the church of Laodecia the last church looking for His appearing! As prophetic heralds are compelling us to look up!
It then transitions into the heavenlies, where Jesus is released to gather His people, being crowned as king!
Confident and deliberate as He heads towards you directly and the remnant, speaks to the Rapture! Whereas in his second coming he comes before every eye on Earth!
The sense of urgency and awe also speaks of the Rapture which precedes his second coming! As well as revealing the hearts of those who long for Him!
He is walking rather than riding a horse and the waiting remnant was also horseless!
Lastly, the remnant is not taken by surprise, but rather experiencing an anticipated appearance! As the remnant were called to gather on a particular night!
Saturn and Jupiter might also be astronomically significant!
Seems a proper and fitting sequence of events! How long was the dream?!

Interesting and wonderful dream! No doubt when you woke you had a significant amount of emotions come flooding forth. A dream like that would certainly evoke strong feelings of the closeness and urgency!
“He is walking rather than riding a horse and the waiting remnant was also horseless!” Good catch, TR.

14 To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and TRUE Witness, the Originator of God’s creation. Revelation 3:14
Cool dream! I wonder if the men in robes are actually the angels to who the letters of Revelation are written. People have always discussed whether these are actual angels or “messengers” represented by human beings. I’d go with literal angels assigned to each congregation.
Laodicea didn’t get the most favorable review, as you’re surely aware. They were threatened with being vomited out of the mouth of Jesus, which I take to mean they would be left behind to enter the Tribulation, unlike the previous church (Philadelphia) which was told it would be spared from the hour of testing that would come upon the whole earth. Therefore, as the crowd was saying, it was time when the Laodiceans would be all that’s left of the organized church and the ones who belong to Christ would be removed with His coming. As for Laodicea, Jesus stands at the door and knocks, waiting for someone to let Him in.
Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; Revelation 2:1
It would be appropriate for Jesus to be walking among the seven churches in this late hour. The time is almost up.
I also enjoyed Tender Reed’s analysis!
In July 2021, you can see the giant planet Jupiter and ringed planet Saturn from mid-evening until dawn. They’re nearly at their most glorious this month. Both of them will have an opposition, when they will appear opposite the sun as seen from Earth, in August. Saturn will be at opposition on August 2. And Jupiter will be at opposition on August 19-20.
Opposition marks the middle of the best time of year to see a planet. Thus Jupiter and Saturn are nearly at their best in July 2021! Look for them in your southeast sky before your bedtime. Or get up early to watch for these two worlds higher up in the sky during the predawn hours.
Well, that’s interesting.

Guys, I am encouraged by your responses to the dream. I’m glad the Lord led me to share it.
David, yes, I actually woke up thinking it was odd the Father was handing something to the laodicean church at all, given its apostasy and failings, but it was undeniable that’s what happened. In the dream, the crowd plainly understood it also. It’s as if it had something to do with departure and inheritance.</p>
Now, you did some digging on the significance of Saturn and Jupiter relative to their current alignments. In the dream, they were on the horizon as described…jupiter on the left and saturn on the right…and low on the horizon…and big…at night.
Nothing is of private interpretation. Measure against the Word every time.
