Thanks for sharing, Loz!
I know many people don’t particularly care about this subject, because we aren’t going to be around for it. But putting things into a bit of perspective… the Mark of the Beast comes AFTER the Abomination of Desolation. I figure if that seems be a topic of conversation, then perhaps this might give that conversation a wee bit more context.

Thank you again and again, Heather, for your years of study and commitment to publishing and explaining these linked facets in Scripture, tying them in context with each other. True, we know we are going in the Rapture and won’t be around, but we have read and re-read, and re-read these passages without the many connection points you link together coming to our mind.
Many years ago I had no appetite to unravel anything in Revelation beyond chapter 5. Even sometimes beyond Revelation 4:1. Maybe the Lord is keeping me (us) here after school, so to speak, because we didn’t learn these valuable (and blessed) lessons during regular hours, yet the curriculum is truly valuable both to us and to the Lord who, through you too, is schooling us. Thanks again, Teacher.

Well we got to be getting close to departure … Geoffrey @ NTEB has an updated article about Amazon One really pushing the palm payment system.
“Contactless biometric payment system uses your hand to “buy and sell” like in Revelation 13:16-17
Interesting in the comment section someone pointed out
The King James Bible and I just checked the Geneva Bible (oldest Bible translation? ) both say: in their right hand or in their foreheads … big difference with the word in because that sounds like an implanted microchip vs. the other translations say on or upon that seems to imply a tattoo? What are your thoughts?
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads.
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has [a]the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads,
Darby Bible Translation
And it causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bondmen, that they should give them a mark upon their right hand or upon their forehead;

I believe the AC will have satan himself in dwelling him by mid point of the trib. and that gives him thee boldness and haughty attitude of entitlement to sit in the Holy Place and to defile the Temple. Before that happens there is war in heaven and satan and the demons are cast out of the 2nd heaven and they can’t ever visit the 3rd heaven ever again. Right now I think satan spends A LOT of time up in 3rd heaven because Revelation 12:10 says … And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
and that is why it says woe unto the earth … because the demonic forces are then only permitted to walk and roam the earth only. That is going to be so creepy for the left behind to endure.
Satan’s 5 point plan of wishful “I wills” is in Isaiah 14:12-16 and I don’t think this passage is just describing the rebellion war when he took 1/3 of the angels and lost his high position as Lucifer. This passage is still future because it says satan will then be brought to hell the sides of the pit … meanwhile he is still seeking to be greater than the Lord Jesus. Satan can’t sit in the mount of the congregation in the sides of the north (that’s heaven’s throne) … so he hast to settle for the Temple in Jerusalem and the Holy of Holies … because his desire is to be like God.
Isaiah 14:12-16 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
