What are your thoughts on the “deadly” wound the AC receives? Is it symbolic or is it a literal head wound?

My thoughts are some Muslim person will try to kill the AC with a sword because check out verse 14 it mentions a sword and Muslims are notorious with using a sword.  Perhaps it is the AI robot that looks like the AC that will get damaged?  Meanwhile the devil enters the real AC and the false prophet will distract the unsaved with a few magic tricks (fire brought down from heaven, and other miracles) so the crowd starts to believe the AC really recovered from the deadly sword wound.  However, behind the scenes they quickly repair or bring out another AI robot from their factory pretending it came back to life … kind of like the Terminator movies.  Or am I totally off the mark with this scenario?

      Rev 13

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Lying signs and wonders will abound with the unholy trinity.  Whether or not that includes electronic razzle dazzle or not, who can say.  If the beast is inanimate and electronic or robotic to begin with, then perhaps.

I’ve often wonder why Satan and his minions would ever need use of electronics or artificial enhancements.  Then I realized that it would be for the benefit of their human followers.  It just seemed to me that supernatural beings would not need electronic gadgets or computers!

However it plays out, it will be scary, and will demand the price of marytrdom to overcome.

Robots that can think for themselves is frightening in and of itself.  But they have no soul.  Satan it seems to me is all about corrupting souls, living beings that have been given the breath of God!  This is what Satan hates.

The bible speaks of the weakness of false god’s made by hands of men.  Were they created by demons would they be any less weak?

Whatever the nature and substance of the deception I really don’t think it will matter.  Or so it seems to me.

      Blessings Sis.

Zechariah 11 verse 17 gives us a clue how the deadly wound occurs.

Zechariah 11:17 Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

The wound appears on his right eye, and his arm. One of the arms shall be dried up, and his right eye shall be darkened which speaks of him half blinded. My speculation is it may due to an explosion or gun shot wound. This is an assassination attempt on him, and if I am correct, shall be carried out by a Jewish group.

Very interesting with more details on where the wounds will be with the Zechariah verse.  Couldn’t they still use a sword though?  Or because they didn’t have guns back when John saw the vision,  he referred to the word sword because that was thee weapon in his day?

Why do you think it will be carried out by a Jewish group?  Is it because he defiled their Temple?

There was no gun powder back then, So the best word could be used was sword.

Concerning your second question, it goes back to Jesus’ warning of “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place”. Holy place is the third temple. What happens when AC stands in the holy temple?

Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

There has to be a reason for the Jews to flee Jerusalem when AC stands in their third temple. My speculation is there is an assassination attempt on him which results in nations gathering against Jerusalem. If the assassination is carried out by the Muslims, then they won’t trouble Israel and Jerusalem. But if the assassination is carried out by the Jews, then they have enough reasons to lay siege on Jerusalem.  This is why Jesus gave forth warning to the Jews to flee Jerusalem.

Since John is being given a “revelation,” it seems most likely he would write what is absolutely true, rather than what those who are deceived might think is going on.  Therefore, a deadly wound and yet living should be precisely the situation.  Animatronics might trick some people, but in this age, many would be really skeptical.  These lying wonders are going to be spectacular.
