They can’t even get the facts about the event right. They confuse it with the Second Coming. Ignorance is their undoing.

              Events during the rapture
Christ is expected to appear as bright as the morning star.
              Who witnesses Rapture
Rapture is expected to be seen across the globe.

They are confusing people and making a mockery out of the end times.

When the day is over, more confusion for some and reasons to mock for others.

So sad — they think they’re the ones who have the last laugh.   If they only knew the pain and suffering that they are about to endure they’d be running to Jesus.

There were times during the lockdowns, when I got scared. It was almost like a police state. I went out one night to walk around the neighborhood. there was no one there, no one to talk to. I felt really scared.

It’s the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine.

So this National Today site takes in submitted reasons to have a holiday celebration, 365 days a year if you read their Mission and Story. Their main focus for today was Harold Camping’s failed rapture date that he had predicted.

These are NT’s comments toward the end of their article:

                        Rapture Party Day FAQs

What is a state of rapture?
It is an expression or manifestation of ecstasy or passion.

How many people are going to heaven?
It is believed that 144,000 faithful Christians will go to heaven.

What does rapture mean in medical terms?
It is considered to be a state of great joy.

We should pray for their salvation…. :mdrmdr: :stinkerbell: :bible Truly!

It always amazes me how willfully ignorant people are and seemingly uncaring about one thing that every single human being on this planet can agree upon as an absolute fact: death. We all know for a fact that it is coming for us all (except those of us who will be raptured) and yet how seemingly insignificant the thought of what happens afterward appears to be. 😵‍💫😳

True ~ many know death will come, but they just don’t believe God exists, or the unbelieving fear death but choose to reject Jesus, or they avoid and run to worldliness in order to squelch the very thoughts of eventual death, or just drink or drug their lives away. I guess that is why we hear of the death-bed salvation’s, and thank the Lord for them!!

Sonya, I guess it was easy to misunderstand what I was saying.

I was not scared that I got left behind. The whole thing with the lockdown was at times scary, I can’t imagine the tribulation.

                              Thank you for the hugs.

OH! I’m sorry! Yes I can imagine the unbelievers will be terrified! It doesn’t have to be that way! They should realize that God exists and reach out to him!
