        Hi All,

My cousin’s husband, Steve, was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident today and is not expected to make it through the night. He is a very strong Christian (thankfully) and is an anchor to a lot of people. Please lift him up in your prayers!

        Thank you!

Prayers going up for Steve – perhaps a miracle healing will happen.

Will also be praying for your family.

Dear Abba daddy!  I beseech you to remember the compassionate heart of Jesus as when He walked among us.  In your mercies Lord, remember Steve.  Take this opportunity to show forth your great and wonderous power and displaying your great love for him by bringing forth a miraculous healing for body, soul and spirit.

Breathe the breath of abundant life into his being.  And as You display your tender mercies, may You alone be glorified among.  Glorified in the lives of those who love him!

Reveal that you neither sleep or slumber.  That your power will not be forgotten.  Give him this testimony of your glorious love for him that he may give thee thanks throughout eternity.

For though you bless his body, you shall also bless the hearts and spirits of many.  Restoration Lord to the fullest measure, as to astound the medical community.

Give him also the witness as like an NDE, to sing forth your praises.  Send angels to minister, to teach and be your witness.  The witness of your power and love.  Praying Father that your perfect will be done, if not your permissible will.  Let his family glory in you.

And if this be caused by the enemy, I pray Lord that you rebuke the enemy and his plans against Steve.  It is written that the battle is the Lord’s,  as such I implore your heart and mighty hand be moved towards Steve.

I thank you in advance giving you all honor, power and glory, now and forever! Your will be done and pray that we have prayed accordingly so!  Let your favor be known among men today!

Glory in the life you have given Steve and all that know and love him.  Glory in revealing your precious and tender heart. Glory in all the praise and thanksgiving that will be given to you.  Glory in the prayers of your saints.  Extend yourself Lord again, today!

In the powerful and glorious name of Christ Jesus!  How wonderous and marvelous you are Lord!

                TR

Lifting Steve up in prayer.  That God would be in the midst of these circumstances.  That His will would be done. That not one day of Steve’s life would be cut short beyond the number that God has ordained for him. That He would be glorified even in the midst of the pain and sorrow.  That the fragility of human life would be used to shake unbelieving family members and friends to ponder things eternal and turn to the Lord while there is still time.  That the Comforter would comfort as only He can.  That mercy and grace would flow from His throne to all involved.  Asking it all in the Name above every name, Yeshua Ha Mashiach.  Sorry for your pain Yohanan, but really grateful that Steve knows our Savior.  If it is Steve’s time to go home, we have God’s Word that we do not grieve as those who have no hope.  Grace and peace to you brother.

I pray Lord that you send a company of warrior angels to surround and protect him, and ministering angels to calm his fears.  Angels to reveal the will of the Father!  May the Holy Spirit overshadow him and bring forth new life.

You need not prove yourself Lord to any man, angel or demon, but simply let Your glory be revealed!

Give and increase the faith of his family.  Let the medical staffs eyes be opened to your glory.  Let non believers become believers!  All to your glory Lord.

I am so thankful to you all for your prayers and concern. Steve is a very strong believer and has a ministry that is vibrant and growing. He had just finished scattering Rebecca’s ashes when the accident occurred. The irony of it all is that if he goes home to be with the Lord, that is just where he wants to be be, with his wife and with his Lord. I have seen a terrible tragedy turn entire families to the Lord and I have no doubt that whatever the outcome, our Lord will use this to bring others to Jesus. That is the way Steve would want it too!

The latest update is that Steve is on life support long enough to harvest his organs. This was something he strongly believed in and so they are in the process of doing it now. Even upon his death bed, Steve is looking out for others. I know our Lord will richly reward him plus he will be joining his wife, whose ashes he had just finished spreading. How ironic is that?

I infer, Yohanan, since you have not mentioned any other family, that Steve and his wife your cousin may have had no children…

No, not together. Rebecca had five children previously.

Thank you, Yohanan.  I’ll pray for the extended family.  In the context of the death of a believer, joy and mourning might both be deep.

Yes, it is certainly mixed emotions when our loved ones suddenly leave this earth.   On one hand we are so happy for them that they are no longer in any pain (if they were sick) and that they are safely home with Jesus!  However, we who remain on earth continually go through much heartache from the loss of missing them.  It doesn’t end until we are reunited again.  I’m thankful for that benefit of living in the end time church era because we know that Grand Reunion is VERY VERY soon.

Praying for your family Yohanan and that at Steve’s memorial / funeral services there will be decisions made in accepting Christ as their Savior.  Everything that happens in our lives (good and bad) works out for a reason and will understand it better in the next life.

I will continue to pray for Steve’s family.

Hopefully, any unsaved loved ones will be saved and the joyful reunion will be soon for everyone.

That’s right, Kolleen. And we all know there is no way he would ever want to come back here. He is at rest in the glorious presence of our Father and Jesus and there with his wife. he is truly, in every way imaginable, in Heaven. He was a very outspoken servant of our Lord and is now at rest.
