Hello, everyone!
I’m so excited to welcome you to our new RITAN site! A special thank you to Sabrenie and Richard for all the hard work to build this beautiful site! You guys rock!
After nearly 2 years on Facebook, we decided it was time to return to our old stomping grounds and do an online forum. We have all missed the closeness that this kind of site brings. We had thousands of members on Facebook (our Facebook page will remain), but we miss the intimacy that RITAN once had. Many of you have been my friends for a decade, all thanks to RITAN. RITAN has also played a part in 2 marriages, bringing together 2 different couples who fell and love and were married last year! Praise God!
We have many of the same forums that we did at old RITAN. It’s pretty self explanatory, but if you want to post a dream, do it in the dream section. If you have a favorite praise video post in the Worship Video section, etc. We have added one new forum and it is called “Outside of the Box.” This is for posts that may seem a bit out of the norm. It may include, for example, fallen angel (aliens) sightings, articles about Nephilim, or other such topics. We will play it by ear and make it up as we go. But a word of caution, we do not want this part of the forum to become a conspiracy theory forum.
We chose the color red for the RITAN forum, and I think it turned out lovely. Every time you come to RITAN website, may the red remind us of the precious blood of Jesus, who died for us. Without His shed blood, we would not be here. Without His death and resurrection, we would all still be in our sins. Let our focus on this forum be all about Jesus. He is the only reason for RITAN!
So, take a look around, read the rules, and Register. Feel free to use your old RITAN name and Avatar or pick a new one. We welcome all of our friends, new and old! And please have patience with us as we figure out all of the small issues that may arise with a new website. We will work them out as they come. Thank you and may God bless each and every one of you!

Hello Watching & Waiting. Watchman35 just driving by to say hello. Happy to be able to exchange thoughts and ideas with like-minded brothers and sisters, and not get unkindly thrown off the site for mentioning the possibility of a high watch time…:) My thanks to you and everyone else who had a hand in breathing new life back into this site. Maranatha!!! BTW. Any thoughts on what causes the emojis to show up just as text rather than the actual characters? Here I am 30 minutes back on the site with a technology question…some things don’t change. LOL

This was me when I checked the facebook RITAN website for the first time in forever (haven’t had an account at all on FB for a while now) and saw that a new non-FB website is up!!! Sooo thankful!!! Praise the Lord! He knew I needed to know this today – so happy to have someplace to go for more encouragement to keep hopeful in the waiting and stay focused on Him when I get a little stuck in the muck of worry & fear. God Bless each and every one of you! Thanks for coming together here!

There’s just something so very special about a Homecoming and coming back to see familiar , remembered, beloved names/faces who also remember the same memories we share from the past, yet ready to add on more of His Beloveds and share new memories in the making. Even the emojies were missed! Many had developed special memories–both good and bad that we had shared and asked for prayer as we dealt with life’s issues on our way. that bonded us in His Name and Love forever. For we had shared in personal ways that helped us grow in Him. The common theme of Jesus is interwoven around us in a special bond– not to be forgotten but forever celebrated for each has a God spark that unites us in some special way. It’s such a special bond and here we celebrate looking for Jesus soon coming together and His special love bonds as we watch together. It truly is a God thing that we once again have the opportunity to interact and share , to celebrate this special bond as we prepare to meet in reality one day soon.
Leenie was to oversee the Ritan table for us in Heaven. A purpose she took seriously–as long , of course, Jesus agreed. What a wonderful experience to celebrate and remember for all of eternity.

Hey y’all!
Oh my goodness! I am so, so very excited to have found y’all again! Last night, I was typing in a different rapture website and slipped in my typing… this website popped up in the search bar and I held my breath. I figured the search had picked up on the old website that I missed so much. Lo and behold, it was this new website and I almost started crying. Oh how I have missed y’all. My heart broke when RITAN moved over to facebook. My husband and I are not on social media of any kind and even though I loved the RITAN forum, we chose not to open a facebook account. So thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing this forum back! Years ago, when Lisa Leenie was still blessing us all and praying for each of us, this was a daily source of encouragement and comfort in my life. I cannot even remember how long it has been… 4 or 5 years I think? The time that has past has only seen our world grow more dark and it is such a huge encouragement to have a body of believers to talk to as the days grow darker before Christ comes for us. I am very happy to be back with y’all. I found RITAN in 2011 when I “woke up” and realized all the convergence that was going on in the world. As we continue to watch for Christ to return and are busy about our work for Him, I am so very thankful to be home here with y’all again, my RITAN family (still excited about our heavenly RITAN gathering room). My family has gone through tremendous struggles these last few weeks. Right as one trial finishes, another comes crashing over us and we have felt like we were barely keeping our heads above water, so to speak. It has been amazing to see how Jesus has sent friends into our lives to encourage us, pray for us, and send us scripture. He truly carries us through the hardest trials of life and now He has brought me back here. I feel very blessed. I am excited to catch up with everyone!
Love in Christ,
Heather

Welcome back Heather.
I was a lurker from 2014 – May 2017. I tried to enroll but something happened in the process of getting approval … I got an email saying I need to re-enroll and I think they wanted my telephone number? So I didn’t bother to re-enroll and stayed a lurker. I enjoyed reading the threads but I regretted not joining back then because I noticed this is a very special group of believers that are truly looking for Jesus to return. I was sooo happy too when I saw the announcement on the RITA facebook side of reinstating this website! This time I quickly joined. Glad you’re back for the fellowship as we wait for that trumpet to sound.

I was just so excited when my daughter emailed me stating she had found your link again. I have so missed you. When you opted to move to FB that was sad to me as I removed myself from social media for personal reasons. I have so missed this great family. I am ecstatic to see so many familiar folks, Watchman 35; RitaMay, Loz, Tender Reed, Yohanan, Cherished, My White Stone, oh my and others… I miss Lisa Leenie but know she is certainly preparing our tea time table. I have so missed the encouragement that I have always found on RITAN. As the days are getting so much the more crazy, it was God’s timing to have you appear in my life again. The toil of life has me wondering if I’m just crazy as I know my Lord is coming back and so very soon, I feel this, yet so many around me scoff and tell me “no, there is still much work to be done”, “we have time to harvest”, another 10 years, on and on. I am so full of joy to be reunited with believers who truly see the hand writing on the wall and know the King is coming and we the Bride will soon take our flight upward.
My cup runs over with gratitude that you are back! Please don’t leave again, unless it is the upward flight of course
I can’t wait to catch up, I have prayer request, thoughts to share, and joy to be here again!
love the new emoji too. May the Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord shine his face upon you!

Hi everybody!
I can’t begin to tell you all that I’m so very ecstatic to see that Ritan is back! Felt bad went it went only to Facebook, though I understood why. It’s just that everyone has something that bugs them, and Facespy was my one thing. LOL! Anyway, I remember most of you.
Sure have missed the fellowship
I don’t know if you all remember or not, but my Dh had suddenly gotten ill with a brain tumor. I think my last post at the old board was requesting prayers for him. And thank you for all of your prayers.
I never did get a chance to reply, as things just started moving and going downhill so fast with his condition that I never had the time, and he passed away shortly after my last post. Only 1 month after his diagnosis. My Dh owned a business. He was a relatively young guy, so he didn’t have a continuity plan for his biz in place, and it was up to me to keep things going for awhile, until I could decide what to do. His biz was fairly high tech, which I am absolutely not, and had never run a business before! Fortunately he had lots of good employees that were able to guide much of my decision making, but suffice it to say, I had my hands full, and during that time RitaN moved to facebook. Well, just thought I’d give you a brief update on what’s been going on with me, and let you all know that I’m doing okay.
I have sure missed everyone. Been looking through the posts, and see lot’s of familiar and beloved brothers and sisters in Christ.
One name that I haven’t seen yet is “Dan”. He was a mod on the old board, Is he still with us, and just busy taking care of the Facebook part of Ritan?
Well, looking forward to fellowshipping and praying, and watching for the return of our blessed Savior with you all. I have to tell you that He was with me every step of the way during my Dh’s illness, and afterwards, and still through today. God is so good. Hallelujah, what a Savior!
Love you all!

I’m Dan Whitestone on the FB site, Chris, a mod there and here now, more like a lurker/mod, but never was one on the old site. So maybe it was another Dan way back then. Nice to have you back!
My wife of 47 years, Linda, died nearly five years ago. I thought I would die of grief. Then, right about the time we went to FaceBook here, I finally met Kolleen at a brunch. She was NoOtherRock on old RITA. We’ve been married almost 2 1/2 years now. Surprised by joy…
I expected the Rapture for sure in 2012. And many times since. I wonder if excitement and anticipation of thrilling events is going to cease in Glory.
This ride hasn’t been a lot of fun sometimes, but I’m still really excited.
God bless you, dear.

Hi Dan,
I remember your moniker, “my white stone”, on the old board, but don’t think that I knew your real name was Dan. I think I had your name and David’s name mixed up in my mind. Been a long time.
I’m very sorry to hear about the passing of your wife Linda, and extend my condolences. I understand your grief. But my, the Lord is so good, He brought you Kolleen!
I do remember Kolleen as well. My hearty congratulations and best wishes to both of you!
I’ve been expecting the Rapture since the 70’s, and am still excited thinking about it. Every day is a new experience when looking at the News headlines. I think that we’ll always be excited about new and thrilling things, even, and maybe especially in Glory. That’s the way the Lord made us, and I don’t think that is ever going to go away. I can’t begin to imagine all of the new and exciting things that we’ll witness and participate in on the other side of the Rapture. Gets my imagination sparking just thinking about it.
Good to see you again, and God bless you as well.

Nothing can keep us separated from Him. This forum is part of the church and has the Lord’s blessing and I was determined to get in here and thanks to a wonderful and patient moderator helping me access the forum, IM HERE! Praise God! I look forward to fellowship. Everyone here. Whoever helped me with registering and logging in multiple times, thank you and God bless you. Now, let’s give glory to God and exalt our Lord Jesus together.

Welcome Rose and you are absolutely correct – this is the RITAN family of God, the royal children of Yehweh! Looking forward to seeing you on the blog train
— you will get used to our craziness
don’t let it scare you away, we are a harmless, loving family of watchers
waiting ever so patiently for our
departure on ABBA’s flight 777 at the trumpet sound when He calls for the Bride to come on up to meet the Bridegroom in the clouds
As we wait, we are intent on encouraging each other on the waiting and some times you will note a bit of sibling banter
but we truly love each of our siblings – May the Lord Bless you and keep you, May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you and may the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace — Num 6:24-26.

You know, something or someone doesn’t want me here. I mean I have never had so much trouble just logging into anything. I noticed the only way I can log in is if I change my password every time I want to log in. If I log out and try to log in again it won’t let me. So to get back in I need to change my Password again, and again and again. I’m going to have to go through each sentence in the Bible to use a few words out of them to keep using a new password so I don’t run out of passwords.every time I want to visit the forum. Hoping I don’t go through the Bible before we go up, lol. I don’t know why it’s happening but I just can’t log in again with the same password very strange. But I’m here now. I look forward to fellowship with everyone. Looking up fixed to the sky waiting for our Lord Jesus

Shalom and welcome Rose.
I, too, have trouble logging in from time to time and constantly have to change my password. I can’t log in on my iPad and only on my phone. It’s definitely frustrating but the community here is great. Soon and very soon, we are gonna see the King!

Me too
had sign up problems as #8 … which made me #9. This is what I notice… after creating a password and then carefully retyping it once again for verification … the software system removed my password and replaced it was a generic one … so I had to retype it again in the first slot so they were both in-sync and matched up and only then did I pressed the enter key to continue. So perhaps this is the same problem Rose is facing with the software switching it to a generic one?

I was AMA for a while but thought about this forum and thought to drop in to say hello and God bless you. I’ve tried to get acquainted with the site but I can’t figure out how to open a thread to post yet. I also noticed the prayer section is closed to new prayer requests, so does that mean new prayer requests aren’t allowed anymore??

I make myself laugh. I just noticed I put that I went AMA, ?? I meant MIA. I was “missing in action” for a while. Sorry about that.

Hi Rose, no it’s just that we had so many threads that it became cumbersome to moderate so we consolidated them into two; Main Forum and News You Can Use. Feel free to post prayer requests in the main forum. Also, to post a new thread just scroll to the bottom of the main page. You will see “Create New Topic in Main Forum” followed by a field with a the header “Topic Title (Maximum Length: 80):” Place your topic title in there. Then, under that you will see a large text box to post the body of your subject. Be sure to read the forum rules and please do not post in all caps!
:) After you’ve filled out the main body of your post go down to the field that says “Topic Tags:“. In this field list approximately three words or phrases, separated by commas, that people can use to search for your thread. For instance, if your topic was “Jesus died on Calvary” then in the “Topic Tag” field you would want to put something like “Jesus, Calvary, Crucifixion” That way it can be searched later. You can put more than three, but try to get at least three, though sometimes it’s hard to do that but give it your best go. Hope this helps!

Hi and thanks for accepting me on RITAN.
I trusted Christ as my Savior years ago, and when I heard of the pre trib rapture I just knew this was how it would really happen and not mid trib, or post trib. Thanks to Christ’s finished saving work dying and rising for me I have a wonderful eternity of praising and serving God as part of his bride. What more could make me happier than that!

Howdy, I stumbled across Ritan when looking for Christian forums recently. I wouldn’t have found you on Facebook as I do my best to avoid all of those social media sites.

Hi all. I’m new too. I’ve been a dedicated lurker for a while but didn’t join because I didn’t think I have anything to contribute. Then I thought if you all meet for lunch “on the other side” I would like to be eligible to attend. And I want to say thanks for the CJ Lovik and Dr. Awe videos. Complicated but fascinating.
